Imagine being born one race and then being forced to become another. I imagine it's not easy. As the beautiful woman in the video highlights, people can be ignorant and judgemental. Those who are careless with their words ask her what's wrong with her or why she would do this to herself. What they don't realize is she didn't choose anything--it chose her.
This incredibly strong woman learned self-acceptance and that beauty goes deeper than the surface. Confidence has nothing to do how others view us. Loving who we are, even if we are not the standard of beauty, is the key to happiness and a very intimate tale of power.
