There are a few moments in one's life where we stop time and see the intensity of life and what it means to us.These can be life changing events.

Its working fine, cuts out. Local band called the Rhizomes if you would like to check check check it you can find it on soundcloud http://www.soundcloud.com/rhizomes-1

Take care Lonewolf,

ps. In case you wondered which one is me I am not actually on these recordings, they are before my time. I have basically taken over the job of the lead guitarist. I really put the link up because I like the message of the lead singer. It sort of speaks to me at the moment.

Oh yes, the message is varied but has allot to do with staying true to yourself and fighting for some undefined higher cause oh and feeling good while listening to music. Yi wonder Nagual Lonewolf are you musical? as in do you play an instrument with da wicked skills?

I just bought a squire strat for the band I am in, not very good quality but I needed something as I have niot owned an electric guitar for many years. I was just think about a friend who are largly suspect is a warrior but never told me in so many word ( more little gestures, squinting her eyes or rubbing her nose, or the carful positioning of her body, did my little head in lol) She once told me a story which i did not care about at the time. She said that once upon a time she was a model and that one day she just gave it all up. For me giving it all up means giving up my acoustic guitar, well not entirely. I was playing bass in a band before but I ran away from that. My friend has lent me a set of fx pedals Just need a wah wah to get that awesome sound. In a way I feel i am living a lie at the moment, but I am not sure which is the lie.

You saying about a Les Paul reminds me of a friend of mine who has a family and decided to start a band with other folks who also have family's, I am trying to avoid thinking about them as what has been dubbed a mid life crisis band. This is a friend who has me on my worst behavior. I have developed an unusual relationship with his wife, all the between the lines stuff has suddenly become true as I imagine it often does, panic! how inviting it is to want to mould others in to what you might want them to be... anyway thanks for the life reminder, guess I have got things to deal with, nice talking you or perhaps at you Nagual Lonewolf.

Warmest regards,

Lea.

I dabbled at guitar, but being trained on piano, never could pick up the string instruments.  Would love to learn!  I also drum, as I imagine others here do as well.

LOL...I play a little iKaossilator...and dabble amongst the electronic sonic-scapes of the new anisotropic synth app, Animoog. Anybody remember Moog synthesizers? This little slice of tech reproduces the iconic machine faithfully!
