5 Exercises.
#1
Exercise 1:
Gently stretch one arm up and one downward,
the upper hand with palm facing upward, fingers pointing to opposite side,
the lower hand with palm facing downward, fingers pointing to the front.
Keep for a one or two seconds, then slowly and relaxed change positions with palms facing each other.

Exercise 2:
Start standing with the arms hanging at the sides, palms pointing inward.
Slowly move hands inward and up, until the hands are at solar plexus level, fingers pointing to each other, palms up.
Turn palms outward, fingers up, and move the hands away from the body.

Exercise 3:
Start standing with the arms hanging at the sides, palms pointing inward.
Move hands around your body to the back. Make the backs of your hands face each other and move them up to kidney level.
Move hands around the body to the front, fingers still pointing down.
Raise hands slowly (fingers going up) until they are right below the collar bone.
While exhaling squat down, squeezing your hands as if holding a ball.
Slowly stand up.

Exercise 4:
1. Put your hands in front of your abdomen as if you're holding a ball of energy.
Slowly move the 'ball' up to above your head and let the energy enter your body through the top of your head. Let the energy spread through your entire body while lowering your hands slowly down to your ribs.
2. Put your palms on the lower part of your ribs, halfway to the sides.
Massage these spots by circling your hands six times in one direction, then six times in the other.
Keeping your hands on your lower ribs and move your upper body from side to side four times, thus massaging the liver.
3. Lower your palms to just under your ribs, still halfway to the sides.
Massage these spots by circling your hands six times in one direction, then six times in the other.
Keeping your hands here, move your upper body by bending over and back four times, thus massaging the liver.
4. Move your hands downward along the inside of your legs, over the ankles, the insides/upper part of your feet and stop by pointing with your index fingers to the point at the corner of your big toenail were the other toes are.

Exercise 5:
Start standing with the arms hanging at the sides, palms pointing inward.
Move hands inward and up, until the hands are at solar plexus level, fingers pointing to each other, palms up.
Turn palms up and slowly move the hands to above your head.
Turn palms to point to each other and slowly move them down to the start position.
