How do you know if there's an omen?

Go within. Without going in who knows what omen means what? When something happens an omen triggers in the body.

An omen triggers in the body?
Well..when I was playing air hockey in the arcade yesterday, a guy was walking near by where I was to my right. Most of the time, I hit the puc pretty hard and it flies off from the ring and at that time, I knew he was gonna get the puc when I hit it. When it came into my mind, the puc instantly went directly to his hand.
I'm just not sure if it means anything at all like an omen about the guy or not since I don't know the effect of the omen triggering something in my body.

when i see something strange or something that captures my attention and through this happening a thought comes to my mind like "dont go this way now" then ill mostly do it.
i often fallow my "instict"- and boys im mostly lucky.

I can see an omen, but I find it hard to believe in

Well go figure all this wondering and guessing; but if you feel it in your body it is undeniable.

If you feel it in your body, can it provide by itself what the omen means?

Using chakras(closest chakra to the feeling) as a guide you can begin to track the omen for sure.
For example if you feel it in your gut it has to do with personal power or something you ate.
If you feel it in your shoulders it has to do with the heart.
etc.

Omens are events that stand out of the ordinary. Some are obvious signs of SOMETHING. The hard part is interpreting an omen. Few people can do that very well.
