Core principals of group consciousness and intelligent co-operation
#1
in an intentional community, one takes self responsibility to being an active participant within that group, you place the group as if it was a living being, and you work to nurture and support that being, any which way it requires it.

to place yourself in a position of fluid requirement, based on giving, is the core of group dynamics...

forget the teachings for a singular warrior, and come from the heart..which is the only space of well being that interconnects with all others...

this is the next stage of the path of heart...

no one is the weakest link, in a group.
if, you dont want to see it as a group, based on equality then that is something that requires to be addressed, back at the singular 'I' level, within.

one can only come from perception....to believe one is equal in diversity, is a true gift....and takes practice....
and patience....and commitment...the same kind of commitment that was shown by you, when you were at the beginning of the warrior path, the difference now, is, you know, how much work it is going to take.

it is like starting all over again, learning what you learnt before, but at another level, to incorporate others as part of the perception of the 'self'. that each fragment is a part of the whole group self...

it includes lots of listening..not much speaking from the i and dropping alot of individual and group personal history.
This is recapping at a whole new level..

you have to be open, approachable and accountable because group comminication is vital,
with attentiveness and the fluidity of perception to be able to connect with lots of different jigsaw pieces, each in a unique way, to form the picture from your own angle, knowing that the group members may see the whole picture differently, from thier angle..however, from above, all angles form another picture, one in which everything is harmoniously interconnected...and stands as a constellation, in the masses, as one complete unit.

to make it work, people require you to genuinely feel, you are interested and genuinely engaged. that you take into consideration their views, which now become  as equally valid, as anyone else's.

that you are seen, to be acting, for the the good of the group, even if that goes against your particular view point..you don't lose your own point, well you might, but you choose to start seeing things from a wider angle lense with the satisfaction that you are a participant in having a bigger point to participate in...

at first, acting for the group, you may use methods, to justify to your mind, that you really do that, but really one has to be careful that's not another form of internal dialogue.

feeling the urge of the group, and personal power, that it is your turn to act, or not, and then not hesitating to do so, whatever that urge tells you to do,helps the group remain fluid and movement for all is sustained. The rest of the group, needs to be aware of the part another plays in the group, in order to understand and feel the intent of how and why the individual acts, therefore playing its part for the group...it always used to do this, but this time they are conscious acts of group intent, not individual acts of hunting power.

over time, you see lots of aspects, of lots of people, when they act, when they dont, how they set up and ruin relationships, how differences are perceived, who people talk to and who they don't..why they don't..who feels weak who feels strong..who makes them feel that way, who doesn't..you see an awful lot..

if everyone was observing though, from the intent of willingly forming a conscious group...then they would start using consciously, ways and means of resolving perceived weak links, to improve the group, they would put the effort into assisting others with all the means at their disposal, in a constructive and supportive way, helping others let go of their issues, by forming bonds of genuine openness and trust.

this does not mean you have to lose, your own identity, now, you would be 'being' that, whilst also knowing you are becoming an equal and valuable participant member of the group...this then means that speaking ones viewpoint, doesn't become a personal weakness, but becomes part of the necessary dynamic of the awareness of the group, and therefore speaking the truth from the subjective angle of your strengths, assists you growing and being supported in your aspects also.

Because everyone acknolwedges your part and point in the whole...no one is superfluous to the group..every part is needed and seen as equally valid and appropriate..this assists with the unity of the group, arriving at becoming a group, full of self expressing essences...unconcerned, yet striving together for a bigger picture.

summary:
group dynamics are all about recognizing the strengths of each individual facet of the group and using them in the dynamics to benefit the whole group...to observe and support strengths not pick at the weaknesses, is moving from the I standpoint to the working for/with the group standpoint...making each facet know they are valuable for what they do. what their point is....through feeling valued on that level, its a lot easier for them to open up, if they find, they have things to work on....

in order for your group intelligent co-operation to remain co-operative with the purpose of man..
it needs to harness the four directions..
the group needs to be a micro/macrocosm of human awarness, identifying its polarities and keeping them simoulateously balanced in normal awarness as well as exemplifid within fluid awarness is important.. otherwise group work can become negligent and hence no longer co-operative.
