the fundamentals of group conscious constructive stalking..
an example: you get pissed off with X for an overreaction...from your I viewpoint...which you know, is to do with past history, which they havent dealt with yet....
as a singular warrior you may do nothing, as its not your ****, right....however...
from a group scenario..at least X has had the balls to speak up for what they believe and they have put their **** on the line...
you as an I expect them to change the dynamic in the situation, to stop you being pissed off, but logically you know they cant, without you altering your stance in the relationship also....
so, whos the stronger of you in that scenario.?..
its not that either of you are weak or failures or any other negative thing...but who in the scenario, has the spare energy, in this moment to alter their perception and act for the group, to bring everyone more energy to share...
this is the group dynamic 'self stalk'...one could use to move all the individuals and the group forward.....
For the warrior, in this new environment..of..no 'lone wolf' its important to get the fundamentals of turning our skills into creative tools for the whole..
it is only you, that has not got the personal history of the other, that can alter yourself in in this scenario,
so in order to service another part of the group self,
(knowing you are not losing part of yourself in the process, but gaining a new communcation platform a new part in the group ap for yourself.)
being 'pissed off' isnt going to rectify anything, so you go within and stalk an ap shift to a place of being, where you are using your strengths, their strengths and, the other group members strengths, choosing to support that person in their strengths in order to facilitate thier 'weaknesses' in a supportive way....
this may include amongst other things, the ability to be attentive, hold space, listen and advise and act constructively, from the intent of 'building and participating in a group consciousness' or 'bringing harmony to this situation' point of view.
it isnt actually that hard to see, or do in most cases..its the willingness to look inside, to change/shift position for the benefit of the individual within the group, or to ask someone else whos different strengths to you may be added, to participate in the dynamic, so that issues and learning can be gained all round
reaching out to the group, seems to be an issue in itself for people, as they are used to working on themselves or share commonality and are more likely to talk about a problem with someone, who they know has had similar issues or viewpoints...to ask another person from the group, whom they know is unaffected, has strengths they feel they do not have, is a tough challenge in itself...but this dynamic is probably not commonly understood and practiced yet....
This is fundamentally recognising how to get unity between equal and opposites..which is structured in nagualism as the 'rule'...it helps us identify our directions, and identifies for us our relationship structures which are based on harmony..not on destructiveness or competition, without avoiding the neccessary evils of our own processing.. the rewards in awareness, for totality of self...are magnificent
