ok been seeing communities or groups as a three tiered cake.
top tier the elders
middle tier the proficients
bottom tier the warriors
imagine if you will. lots of these three tiered cakes
each one is say an online community on nagualism,
but when one looks at another, they go why would anyone want to learn with them..right?
ok well say the elders on the top of each cake have predispositions of the stalkers /dreamers of one of the directions in the set up of the warriors party...so they are training the warriors who are attracted to them, all about thier predispositions..training the participants in thier aspect.
to become elders in that aspect.......why?..well if you look at the configuration from the top.....all those top tiers actually form a party.
but they are so in thier folly that they cannot see it from that perception.
we all know that DJ and CC weren't with the whole party any of the time, until they left the world,they saw a few people at a time... isnt it like that with many of the online communities?
if you go there you dont go here etc etc..of course warriors swap about a lot until they find one that feels comfortable for them then they attempt to become proficient in that community.
it is also evident that for example i have deep connections with some people but i happen to know they are not part of 'my group'...however from this view, despite them having thier own whole cakes...they maintain a level of energetic link with me..why would this be if those cakes werent connected in some way to mine?
interconnectedness guys...yep this could be it....how to make the established elders of each top tier, of each cake see this however is beyond me just now...my interest has switched to what exactly is the energy here, what are our predispositions, what do we offer? and how can we improve knowing that we are part of a larger picture.....and how can we explain that and promote this view rather than competition between seemingly obvious opposites....how can we see what these others actually are..where are those others strengths and as a whole community of communities how can we actively energetically support each other and those participants in all the tiers?
