There's a lot to say about this but I'll start small.
Yesterday I was walking and recapitulating and realised how we get that energy back.
It's not enough, not very noticeable, to get the energy from one or a few items.
The real energy comes from the whole dimension of memories.
You understand dimensions, right?
A series of parallel points make a line.
A series of parallel lines make a plane.
A series of parallel planes make a solid.
A series of parallel solids make what has been called time, but that's bogus - all is time.
It makes parallel timelines for a solid.
Anyway, you can see life dimensionally this way.
A series of thoughts make a memory/neuronet.
A series of memories make an identity/ego.
In recapitulating, it is the whole line of memories that when realised releases enormous power
to the plane - it unfolds back into the plane awareness, which is relatively whole compared to the bunch of lines.
In effect, one has to live their entire life now - be the whole of it instead of just the present person at the end of the line.
That returns your energy and your youth.

A dimension is an energy body, like a bubble - the cocoon.
What keeps our emanations from merging with the emanations at large is a dimension, an energetic barrier.
The realisation of the third attention is the attention/dimension which "breaks the barrier" of the second,
just as the second is to the first, and you end up with your prior energy blending with the new energy into one,
but this takes time - after all, these "bodies" are infinite. The time it takes to realise the spreading of one dimension
into another is called "stalking", first attention. The no-time/Nagual's time "event" of the popping of one bubble and
accompanying spontaneous unfoldment into another dimension is called "dreaming". Stalking is just dreaming slowed
down and spaced out. Dreaming is just stalking speeded up and compressed. These two attentions are really one
with two bubbles/dimensions within it - the right and the left side. People don't realise that by being told the rule,
they are given access to these bodies upon description. (Ha! the (witch) doctor just gave you a prescription!)
The words access files in your subconscious/2nd attention energy body waiting to be remembered/awakened.
One can realise some version/translation of the rule by contemplation/self-reflection of the mind, not the eyes,
aka "going within"/unfolding/meditation, etc. Stalking is the beginning of that self-reflection on the eye/thinking
level. Other systems call this self-awareness, self-observation, witnessing...
A nagual cannot help influencing those s/he touches or speaks to, just as quantum physics says we can't help
but alter what we perceive through perception. A nagual has realised four compartments instead of two. Two
from one made perception twice as fast, two bubbles inside one. A nagual is four times faster - four bubbles,
four dimensions, four lifetimes (of wisdom) compared to the one bubble awareness. Everyone will realise their nagual
at some time/frequency/unfoldment. I've had it happen to me. I actually witnessed it, the two "bubbles" being added
to mine, like the descent of a dove. I saw it with my eyes open just smoking a cigarette and contemplating deep
thoughts on my porch, gazing across the street. This was about three or four months ago. I'm just sharing that in case it has
happened to anyone else, for reference. I am not trying to be recognised, and I'm not special and I want nothing
but your friendship and sharing of visions/information. Take my information as you would anyone's. If you find
you appreciate and/or agree with a lot of it, that means we have friendship by alignment. It doesn't mean we're
right and anyone else is wrong - there's just agreement. Who doesn't have the right to make dream agreements?
Everyone does. There's room in Infinity for everyone's dreams. And room for disagreeing and fighting if you want.
Around when this nagual event happened was when I started seeing things more dimensionally. I could just as well
say these dimensions were opened up to me. I had visions/vision/seeing for a couple years prior to that. This "event"
was just a way of organising/stalking my dreaming, the new dreaming positions/visions/seeing. That organising and
realising and being able to give memory and words requires more energy/personal power, so one can say "becoming"
a nagual is a matter of personal power, which has to do with arranging your visions, stalking your dreaming, ordering
the items of the tonal into pairs and clearing one side, etc. It is order/stalking that makes coherency. It is chaos/dreaming
that makes diffusion and fuzziness and energy. We can also call these time and space, order and chaos, form and substance.
We know that the act of breaking the 1st dimension/attention is characterised
by a silence and a stillness/stopping which reveals/unfolds the 2nd attention which has been there all along.
Do you know the act of breaking the 2nd attention into the 3rd?
Each time is like the fish realising it lives in water, or waking up from a dream and realising your still dreaming
and waking up again. This process stops, not because we eventually arrive at something real, but because we
arrive at something familiar enough/alignment. There is no end to the folding and unfolding - it's just a matter
of personal power, energy, ordered chaos, unified stalking and dreaming.

For any of you who are kabbalists or read the bible in unique ways, when "God" kicked Adam and Eve out of the
Garden of Eden he placed a kerub there as a flaming sword. This word in hebrew, transliterated as english, is KRB.
In hebrew, as in greek, letters are assigned numerals as well. These letters are the numerals 20, 200, 2.
2 is of course, dual, binary, the reflection of 1... a di-mension (literally "two minds"). So Elohim actually placed an
energetic barrier there, a dimension, an attention. The gematria reveals alot about this too.
Gematria is about numbers and their meanings, but the word actually means earth measuring. As I said, measuring
is stalking, analysis, dissecting - that is, dividing a dimension into parallel smaller dimensions. As we get smaller and
smaller we enter the subatomic world of the quantum physicists and mystics and seers, where "things" are merely
probabilities and made of "virtual" particles. As we get larger and larger we enter the cosmic world.
The numbers from 1-9 in hebrew kabbalah signify the quantum world, from 10-90 the organic world of man, and from
100-900 the cosmic worlds. The 2 is the archetypal container - beth/B, which when drawn as a glyph represents a "house"
or "dwelling", container. So 222/kerub/KRB is a triple world container which keeps us from realising the "Garden of Eden"
within us, in back of everything. This happened because we ate of knowledge/1st attention. This is the "parenthesis"
in consciousness which this event describes - from 2nd att to 1st. The 3rd att, "let there be light" was described earlier
in Genesis.
There is so much in common between nagualism and kabbalah. I'm certain at one time they were one root or branch of
an even more ancient tree (more fractals and dimensions). And I didn't learn that from Theun's books - I learned it from
studying kabbalah for a period as intensely as I studied Castaneda.
