How would you describe the infinite? What is it? Is it a place, or just time? Is it like a heaven or an empty void? What is it exactly to you?

Words have beginnings and endings while the infinite has no beginning or ending thus it cannot be properly described with words. I believe the nagual is infinite because unlike the tonal, which begins with birth and ends with death, the nagual has no beginning or ending. The tonal is who we THINK we are while the nagual is who we truly are, always were and always will be.
As far as I know, the only way to experience the infinite is in states of inner-silence. It is in those moments that our personal history temporarily dissolves and we can KNOW our infinite natures directly through stopping the world of uncontrolled folly. So, what is infinity like? It is like nothing I have ever experienced in this life. It is peace and contentment. It is the state of being where one has everything and wants for nothing. It is...and continues to be. Of course, in order to experience the infinite in a wonderful way one must be living properly. There is indeed a 'right way to live' and when one treats oneself well then his or her experiences of the infinite will be wonderful experiences. If the Universe does not approve of you and the way you live your life the infinite will be a miserable experience and the Universe will proverbially 'spit' you out of the experience and you will be back to the tonal's addiction to words, words, words. If the infinite rejects you chances are no matter how you try you will not be able to sustain inner-silence long enough to experience the infinite in any wonderful way. There are two basic types of warriors of Intent: those who can stop their internal dialogue at will and those who cannot. Those who cannot stop their internal dialogue at will...are all talk

I glean the very best of all philosophies that may cross my path. The only way to know is to test the philosophies through direct application. Whatever works I use. Whatever does not work FOR ME I don't use or I relegate to mythology. I don't blindly assume that it will not work for anyone else. I do not call Castaneda or anyone else a fraud. If there is useful information I use it.
Again I state that Carlos Castaneda was obviously directly honest in how he portrayed himself in his books. I believe it was his brutal honestly in portraying himself that convinced everyone that don Juan was an actual person. Obviously, Castaneda was not imaginative and wise enough to come up with the don Juan philosophy all by himself. If he did he was a greater writer than Mark Twain. After all, the works of Mark Twain did not help to jumpstart an entire spiritual movement. So, I do not quote don Juan as though it is gospel truth and, from my studies, Carlos Castaneda ruthlessly ridiculed anyone who did. Many are absolutely certain Castaneda was a fraud; just as many are absolutely certain James Arthur Ray is a fraud. Such ignorant people do care about the validity of the philosophies. They make blanket judgments and completely ignore the evidence. For example: Suppose YOU go to a sweat lodge ceremony and you feel the sweat lodge is too hot. Does it matter to you whether or not others feel the sweat lodge is too hot? No, right? If YOU feel the sweat lodge is too hot you get out and you stay out whether you sign a liability waiver or not. If you choose to ignore your body telling you that it is too hot and you can't breathe and remain in the sweat lodge you have no one else but yourself to blame for whatever may happen as a result; liability waiver or not! Now, that's reasonable and logical...except to the mentally retarded and those who refuse to take responsibility for their actions.
