Owning your Universal Self - One Whole Universe 3 (inner World, Outer world, Known and Unknown)
#1
Self Observation.

Unknown? Known?

Here we are not interested in judging or blaming ourselves or others for what we have or have not got. We are simply defining the inner world of yourself. This allows you to start to unravel and understand the inner world of who you are. It can also indicate where you are on your life path, your life purpose, your strengths and your weaknesses.
This gives you a good idea as to how you generally respond to things in daily life.
What gives you your opinions and perspective in life and, what sort of world you perceive yourself to be living in.

Knowing all this, tracing the roots of your beliefs about yourself, and consequently others, assists with you starting to detach from an ingrained response system, that you may have accumulated. It starts you on the path, of looking at things from a neutral, or detached viewpoint.  This neutral or resource perspective is vital for our overall aim.

Use the inner outer /world worksheet to help you establish what you believe to be inside you, outside you and, those things you believe to be in both worlds.

After this self reality check, we come to the facts of what we know, and, what we don't. The difference is that the known, is that which we have integrated through our own understanding and experience.
The unknown, is all that has not yet been integrated into ourselves, that we either don't understand or we haven't experienced for ourselves.
The unknown has not been recorded or recognised in our combined left and right brain lobes. It is not a known part of our reality. It has not been received into our inner world as a fact, or personal truth.
