Owning your Universal Self - One Whole Universe

In this first module we explore the self as an individual being made up of different facets.
Firstly we must take a look at what makes up our inner self separating its workings from that which we see as being our outer world. This separation although seemingly in conflict with our overall outcome of harmony and unity, is necessary if the overall picture is to be understood in readiness for it to be experienced

The Inner World
The inner world of an individual human being is rather complicated. It is built up of many different instinctive and learned patterns and habits. For simplicity, at this time, let us just say it is made up of personal perception. A picture of how we perceive ourselves to be.

Our physical presence is easy to perceive, we only have to look in the mirror to see what colour eyes or hair we have, what kind of clothes we choose to wear, or features that dictate how we would describe ourselves. This is the outer casing, for our inner facets. Our inner facets are our characteristics, personality, emotional tendencies and mental belief patterns.

Practical Exercise.
Examine your outer casing from your own perspective.
.
Some ideas to explore:
Would you say you are tall, short, thin or fat?,
Do you look like your mother or your father?.
Are you tanned or pale?. etc etc.
