If you are starting in this difficult road of shamanic warriorship you should know at the very least three things:
1. You should suspend all your judgements often, in order to gain an edge beyond personal prejudice and give nagual self-experience it's due attention and time.
2. You should reject all foreign thoughts from your personal flyer and other beings around you, human or not, and shut off your internal dialogue very often. Without silence of the brain chatter all nagual efforts will remain fragmented and distracted.
3. Finally, you should always keep in mind that all the efforts of the warrior's way are aimed to growingly reduce self-importance by means of recapitulation and self-stalking of one's habits of thought, feeling and action. This won't happen overnight and will require patience and what naguals call unbending intent.
If you manage to do all this the Spirit will notice you and you will find further chances of self-development on your road towards spiritual freedom beyond the social strivings of the tonal.
Good luck on your journey.
