Old seer practices of entering into the other world would be percieved as a hole opening up and seers that had enough energy would be able to pass through and D.J and Genero would joke about it being the "cosmic vagina".
In consideration of available information that I have time to devote to on certain subjects and am disapointed at myself for not being further studied on subjects that intrest me I'm left with conclusions that I feel are derived from the actual movement of my assemblage point and or the involvement with my emisarry.
My father never and would not read any Carlos books for he told me countless times that he did want it to affect his thinking on him trying to map out mans funerary practices.
My father found other referances that I find simular when he researched topics for his book and one that interested me was the christmas wreath which is pagan.
The wreath that people put on there door around the winter solstice was to let the bad spirits to go in or out through the hole of the wreath as a portal-A passage way-out of there dwelling or home so they can start there new year along with the new year resolution tradition.
People always felt the need to get rid of unwanted Ghosts, spirits, demons, inorganic beings, bad feelings, bad vibes, bad thoughts and anything of concern.
Humanity has always used this time to celebrate of getting rid of the undesired energy and replace it with better way of life or actions against the detrimental elements that we are confronted with and use traditional means to do so.
Me personally celabrate christmas with the hope of a better year.
Tradition was to celabrate the birth of Jesus, Jewish practices and countless other religious practices all around the same time and in comparison to the winter solstice which was the celebration of the new year of the days getting longer.
Its my theory that there is some residual practices to this tradition from the old way to the new.
When mentioning the holes or wreaths I did'nt want to leave out the American indian dream catcher-The one we see all the time at indian pow wow or novelty stores-which is a circle with bird feathers that hangs as to let the bad dreams go away.
Does anyone know why the wreath is used today and where it came from?
"Merry Christmas and Happy New Year"
