Im not sure how to go about doing this because I am really quite unfamiliar with the Internet and have never used forums, or bulletin boards, to post messages or seek conversational companionship before. The occasion for this particular posting, and similar posts on various other websites, is the first time I have ever ventured into any forum as anything but an observer, and it is to announce that I have written, and just released, a new book.
My name is Theron Kelly Stalker and my book is Universal Self Consciousness with a subtitle To Awaken The Dreamer. I have been working with The Teachings of don Juan, and all of Carlos Castanedas material on sorcery, for the past thirty years and have had a considerable amount of success with the techniques of remembering myself. In order to do that effectively, and survive, I naturally had to become a warrior. The somewhat ambiguous aspect of all this is that I have been an alcoholic for twenty-five years, and in my opinion, I would not have enjoyed the success, that is so self-evident to me now, had I not become an alcoholic. The fact that I am an alcoholic does not make me any less a warrior; and the fact that I am a warrior does not make me any less an alcoholic. I do not consider myself to be a nagual, or a descendant from a line of anything but ordinary human beings, I do not call myself a sorcerer, and have no intention of becoming anyones guru or teacher. I am certainly not a Man of Knowledge and make that very clear in my book, but I also clearly state what I perceive a Man of Knowledge to be, and what is required of any person who decides to take up the practice of sorcery seriously and become a warrior. I am a rather simple, fifty-four year old man, with a very specific task, working towards a very unique goal. That goal is Universal Self Consciousness through the practice of sorcery. This first book is merely an introduction to what I have been committed to, and what I have learned practicing sorcery on a daily basis, for thirty years. I am not really a writer either, so some people will like the way I write and many people wont. There are no lies in my book, and I have no inhibitions about revealing anything to anyone, so nobody is going to need to spend any valuable time investigating anything about me; there are no secrets to uncover and reveal. I dont write about Castaneda or about his works, and the book is not really about alcoholism. All of the material in my book is about my personal experience of sorcery, and where I am absolutely certain those principals, and that practice, will take me if I continue to evolve my self-consciousness in the same direction I have been moving towards most of my life. My journeys, and discoveries, have produced an inevitable personal perception that it is This Universe that is the Sleeping Dreamer, and we are all of its Beings-In-Dreaming, contributing to the evolution, education, and experience of This Universe, while the Sleeping Dreamer learns how to awaken, and become aware of, itself. In the long run it is This Universe that will have created its own Universal Self Consciousness, and done so without a teacher but not without the contributions of mankind.

I am quite interested in your findings with alcoholic
induced perception and how that may apply to sorcery.
Many of the seers in Don Juan's group loved to drink and smoke their home remedys.
I hope we can continue in this new relationship of
new ways of exploring what we have learned.

Sure ... I can say a few more things about what I intend to be writing about over the next few years.
My books will never become best sellers like Castanedas books. I wouldnt want them to.
What I would like them to do, is to show a few sincerely interested, and truly curious people that sorcery is quite real, and nobody needs to be anything special to enjoy a great deal of success with it. It can become a way of life that alters the meaning of your life, and the purpose for your own existence, in an extremely personal way. But it is not something that one can take lightly, or regard as a hobby, or a weekend activity. The irresponsible practice of sorcery can cost you your life (and I mean that quite literally you can die), and the correct practice of sorcery will most certainly change your whole experience of self-consciousness. Does anyone really consider what it means to completely change your SELF-consciousness. I dont think there are very many people who have ever sat down and seriously considered what they are fooling around with.
I had to laugh at your friend Meullers comment when he states that he doesnt want to "end up" like Theron, who spent twenty five years as an alcoholic. I cant even formulate the concept that I have ever "ended up" doing anything in my life or my learning, and I couldnt possibly be capable of thinking the way I do now, or remembering what I remember now, had I not spent those twenty five years as an alcoholic. Im only fifty-four years old this year, with thirty of those years practicing sorcery. If there ever was an individual using the name Juan Matus, he would have been in his eighties; maybe even eighty-four. To even have the same amount of time invested in the experience of sorcery as don Juan supposedly had, I will need to continue to do what I do now, for the next thirty years. So I dont really see me "ending up" doing anything very soon. I also have no doubt, that "Universal Self Consciousness" is a cure for alcoholism, and every form of drug addiction. I write about that in my books, and you can read two paragraphs about why, on the back cover of my first book, which is part of the preview I mentioned in my first post here.
My first book is only an introduction to me. It isnt a great book, but it is a necessary book because it introduces me. Not that there is anything special about me, but the beginning has to begin somewhere. So people will need to get to know me, as a man, a writer, a warrior, or whatever. And some of the experiences I talk about in the first book are part of the reason I am still a warrior today, after thirty years, and never abandoned that job or stupidly killed myself. My next book is mostly about real sorcery, and what the real purpose of real sorcery really is. Only a few people will ever like what I have to say about that, and the way I say it. Not very many people are going to like my next book, but like the first one, it needs to be written too. And in the long run, I am never going to be able to control what people choose to think about me so why blow the energy intending to care?
The only new idea I ever found in the practice of sorcery is that all of this IS about This Universe becoming aware of itself, to awaken itself from its own sleeping, and dreaming.
The product of that universal self-awareness, and self-knowledge, will be "Universal Self Consciousness". If nobody else wants to know that, or perceive that in a similar way, its none of my business. If you dont like what I have to say today just have a good laugh and throw it away.
And tomorrow, like every day I will still be a warrior.

Interesting comments Theron. I, myself have been living the way of the warrior outlined CC's books for 30 years
also. I read my first book and desperately grasped the principles of sorcery back in the early seventies when I
was quite young. Having no parents meant that I was free
to go where few have gone with this information.
With power as my only friend I have embarked on a life that
would be hard to describe or document.
From watching the allies in the streets to the flyer manifestations of America I am quite shocked how we never even see what is driving man to his senseless acts.
I also laughed at Muellers remark for obviously he has never seen what is "in" man.
Here at Sorex I want to share with men and women the truth
about sorcery. Its people like you and me that need to step forward and show what we have found.
I will agree with you that sorcery can save your life as it has mine many times.
I wish you ultimate success with your books.

IMO, he or she is clever. I'm learning a lot about myself by reading and responding the way I do. Though I probably will get bored of it soon, while it's good, I will choose to participate.
