Here are 4 things that are/were difficult for me to come to grips with. Maybe by reading the perspectives from others, I/we can gain the feelings necessary to grasp and use these tools more effectively.
1- What does it mean to "stalk one's own perception"?
2- What is a true recapitulation? Is it better to actively practice this, or randomly do it as memories arise, or both, or some other method?
3- Whatis the secret to having active, lucid dreams ALL the time, as opposed to occasionally?
4- How does one use death as his/her best advisor, in realworld terms?
If there is reasonable participation in answering these, we can possibly help each other.

DG,
I really wanted to answer these questions, to kind of connect to others who are in the process of....in the process of what? What is the purpose of these practices anyway?
I am finding that what is working (or not) for me is different from what someone else may perceive. So talking to someone is like talking to another planet sometimes. But seriously, DG, I would like to end my self reflection/importance, but couldn't one say that trying to do this is self importance in itself?
Beyond that, how do you answer these questions?
DG, I would say recapitulation works and is sound pyschological practice. Yet, I am still in process in a way and cant say that I have transformed my life yet. Why do I want to transform my life? Maybe that is a mind trap. Where you at?

These aren't practices, they are they way a warrior gradually wakes up from the dream! They must become a way of life!
Self-importance is a difficult problem and must be resolved. The paradox exists in the fact that we can only work on the self! Thus we need to understand the difference between self-centeredness and selfishness.
As you say, transformation MIGHT be a mind trap for you.

1) Seeing what is one's tonal.
2) Either way works, the emotion of the recap can be released.
3) The secret is attention of the intent of the dreamer and of course movement of the assemblage point to a location that is learned.
4) They realize that their life is very, very fragile.

Lone Wolf, I understand your replies. But there are some that may not. Let me ask you about your answers.
1- Regarding What is "stalking one's own perception", you said:
"Seeing what is one's tonal."
What does that mean? Seeing? Who is seeing? Why is seeing one's tonal the same as stalking one's perception?
2- When I recap, I "hook" an emotion from the event, person, or timeframe that I'm working with... then I go on from there. What is done, specifically, to release the emotion, once one is contemplating the event? Is there some way to know that we have released those un-needed fibers and recovered our lost ones? If we contemplate that event again, will the emotion still be there?
3- Regarding regular lucid dreaming, you said: "The secret is attention of the intent of the dreamer". This assumes that one can control the intent. Is there something specific that one can do daily to manipulate the intent in that way, resulting in regular lucid dreams and awake dreaming?
4- How does one become familiar with death? As someone that has had many close calls and seen the death of many, during war, for me it was simple to recap those events. This brought the feeling or brush with death to my attention and I use that awareness. For someone without those experiences, it may not be so easy...
Thank you for your replies.

1)"What does that mean? Seeing? Who is seeing? Why is seeing one's tonal the same as stalking one's perception? "
Perception is a very individual affair for the mind.
It is guided by emotion, experience, actual vision along with touch and hearing. Perception is a very hard thing to understand. It is very alien to us for other life forms.
The sorceror has only one recourse and that is view the energy of the thing/event/awareness and to try and understand "its" perception. He does this by slightly moving his assemblage point to what is being "seen".
My answer although brief means to understand how one's perception is being percieved. This is done by stalking one's perception or tonal. If I was stalking your perception then I would have to "see" your energy.
I cannot "view" it any other way. The tonal although a broad term is meant in this way as the "view of the sorceror's intent" upon the present world he is percieving.
If I was to enter another world and how "I" related to it is still my tonal. It is my energy and how it defines itself to its self.
Now that that is clear let's go on....(smile)>>>
2) The emotion of a recap must be felt and then released completely and although there will be basic emotion the warrior must be free of any guilt and harmful attachments to the memory or it isn't effective to the demand of the enitity of death. To release it one must be as if they were dead to this world. That is about all I can say on this part.
3) Lucid dreaming is the key to developing the dreaming double. The only ones exempt from this energetic fact are naguals. Intent is will. One must have it and use it regularly in dreaming. When I say will I do not mean will-power. Will is the man's intent to focus his mind into whatever task he has set it on.
One can learn to focus their will on objects and people to develop it and gradually take this into their dreaming. It MUST be developed in waking life before it can be effective in dreaming.
4) How does one? I will skip this question for now.

1. It means to constantly challenge the way that one perceives the world around them. To ask one self: am I seeing the true nature of this situation or have I become biased in some way. If the latter is true, a warrior would do something to change it.
2.I find that it is better to practice as memories arise, but like any other action, the warrior will receive exactly what they put into this. If one has time to sit down and mull over the memory until they can extract exact details for instance: what clothes was the person wearing and exact tone of voice. I find the sweeping motion of the head works well, but I change the direction every four cycles of breath.
3. Intend them. Also, dreaming works better if one is actively stalking their tonal.
4. If in the next second I were to die some how, what would I like to do at this minute. As far as death on the left side, I don't fully comprehend this yet.

i was shown how to use intent in dreaming.
it was a prety simple lesson.
some one was lived at a castle at the top of a hill with a beach at the bottom, being somewhat childish in dreams i got very excited about how close this beach was and sad' wow all you have to do to get there is just to get there'
for example to get to the beach at the bottom of the hill all you have to do is get to the beach at the bottom of the hill.
STILL im not very good at that.

Being able to perform this type of intent in dreaming is a real accomplishment 3s.

1- What does it mean to "stalk one's own perception"?
When I start stalking myself in a situation, I pretend to be a bit detached from my needs, desires, hopes and so forth and try to look at myself like somebody else would perceive and judge me. Like saying: She is such and such and not like this or that way. That kind of attitude makes me act without having needs, desires, hopes and so forth, it makes me act without expecting anything for myself. That attitude towards my acting (be it either patient, or /and cunning, or/and sweet and or/and ruthless)is a tequnique, that makes the attention point move like dreaming does in a way. I start 'seeing' when the AP moves, my awareness changes into second attention.
The act of 'seeing' is past my subjective opindion. 'Seeing' reveals the objectives about a situation, for example a persons main traits, or how much meat that person is eating per day, or how long they sleep per night, or why you caught a flew two weeks ago and who was affecting your energy. 'Seeing' is perceiving energy directly as light or shadows or sounds or smells or a 'knowledge beyond doubt' a non-sorcerer would not perceive or have. 'Seeing' resembles heavy drug experiences without it doing you the harm a drug would do to you.
When you first start 'seeing' you don't know what is happening. Since you are perceiving objectives there is no room for interpretations. Objectives are facts that create more facts that will affect you later on. At first you have no standards to relate the objectives of 'seeing' to the world you have known so far. Only by and by a young sorcerer learns to establish his frame of orientation in second attention, without being rendered helpless in the realms of second attention.
When you move back into 1st attention after an act of 'seeing' the Tonal can get very much affected in a psychological way. The way to cope with 2nd attention is not easy. It is a bit like sneaking up on death and one is not supposed to give in on a loving life.

Id like to key in on a phrase in your post, Elvana; that being a 'knowledge beyond doubt'. To a warrior, Knowledge, or Knowing, is an action. It is an act of creation. To know a thing is to create it as a reality within your perception. Knowing is intent. A warrior can establish his world view by knowing. He/she can exercise intent by knowing a thing will come about, such as knowing one will have lucid dreams. Words don't relay the essence of this, unfortunately.

Anything we perceive in 2nd attention is linked to 'intent'. To be a bit analytical, we as humans are linked to intent with our will force, with our midsection. Just as a woman bears children and a man makes his semen, action and creation is a main characteristic trait of the worlds beyond the perception with our 6 senses. There is really no boredom or senseless moments.
For example a sorcerer only can get to know the realms of second attention (if he has no human guide) by 'knowing' what he is perceiving (as you also stated). But it takes years or even decades before a sorcerer can orient within his frame of knowledge and use it effectively, that means before he can act within the setting 'intent' provides.

I don't believe it's about how many deaths you witnesed.
It may add to your morbidity but still to feel and to behave
as imortal. just turn on CNN and see the death show -
but this won't change anybody.

Heh, quite right. My own brushes with death brought the awareness of that force.... not the spectacle of others dying. But you are speculating, right? That's what the assumption is when someone says "I don't believe". Touching death is an encounter with the most profound energy in the human band. Only Intent comes close to this power. Is just says it's my current opinion based on observations
and experience. call it belief, speculation, whatever.

From what you write
you should alredy know the answer to the fourth question ?
If you don't then maybe my speculation was correct .
lots of people had a near death experience ,
but the end result is just another obsession.

When I asked these questions, I was somewhat still a 'speculator' regarding #4. Not anymore. The web of fibers that permeate everything are an integral part of death. If one sees them, one can see that every few seconds they bulge and burst forth like a ball of light. They strike one just below the naval. The open-ended fibers in our egg absorb this light, providing energy and power to the person. Many people do not have very many open-ended fibers or centers, due to the collection of sludge over a lifetime.
This ball of light can be felt at sensitive times. It is acts of recapping and healthy habits that open the way to harvest power. Those that are closed are simply being hammered by these balls of death. Sooner or later, the egg cracks.
So a seer embraces death as a source of life. Being open to this feeding from the Source, he eagerly and lovingly accepts it. For the Standing Mother,

Interesting point of wiev. what the sorcerers claimed was that normaly you cannot withstand those balls of death too long.
you have to go to third attention or do very odd AP manipulation, or stuck in a hell (=IB realm). but this
does not botther me much right now. I'm using the death
to realize that nothing I do or what happens to me is important. Death is a great enemy to sefl-importance.

Yes, the ever-present 'awareness' of the prospect of death can have some useful purposes! It can motivate one to endure, focus, recognize insincerity, strike out into the unknown with courage, and so on.
Here, we can only speak, but I might suggest that the real value of what we call death is in the 'awareness of its presence'! As one sees the fibers of the web bulge and burst forth every few seconds and lovingly opens themselves to this force, one gains strength and sustenance.
In truth, what we call 'death' is actually the source of life. As one culturally accumulates sludge and untold blockages (at the flyer's request, by the way...), one actually 'resists' the efforts of the Source to sustain us! We become the anvil for God's Hammer.
It is only through recapitulation and the 'healing' of our cocoon that we can keep from being eaten. To embrace death is to embrace the Source of life. One can expel that foreign energy in the cortex. Ultimately, one can slip past the Great Dragon that eats all that fail to survive! For the Standing Mother,
DG
