What do you want?
How will you know when you are getting what you want?
Ask yourself what you want and what is right for you. In order to do this you have to know what yes, and no feel like inside your body. Do you?
Close your eyes and feel the feeling of NO in your body. Say it out loud. What does it feel like? Where do you feel it? Pay close attention, as it may be very subtle.
Now, change your sitting position, or stand. Close your eyes and feel the quality of YES in your body. Say it out loud. What does it feel like in your body? Where?
Try this with other 'known' comments to test it. Say "Organic foods are better for me". Does it feel like 'YES'? Say "French Fries are the best thing I can eat." Does it feel like 'NO'?
The next time you have a decision or a choice to make, take each possibility, hold it in your attention, and notice what happens in your body. Say it out loud as a statement (not a question.)It never lies!
