Ravenna Series: 1st Intent

"We shall lead 15 lesson and if their course is pleasant to us we shall expand
session. If something will not be taken, we shall miss without insults. The main
thing in these employment not in what we shall be engaged, but " full immersing
" in dreaming work. For that such "immersing" took place, from you the active
response is required. I would like, that this response has been directed not on
me, and for discussion of your results in a circle of the developed collective.
For encouragement of such rate of practice I shall start to answer your possible
questions not at once (we shall tell, from 10-th lesson). But already after the
first task you should (if wish to achieve results) actively to discuss the
practice. You should "be boiled thoroughly" in a boiler of this network seminar.
Should "soured" and "ripen" for alchemical sublimation. It is possible only at
liberated interactionality with other participants of a practical work.
Each of you tries only for itself. Therefore catch modesty, shyness, absence of
skill of dialogue - catch and "kill" them or push aside for some time. Open to a

to you and to giggle above you. Do not pay to them attention. Spectators will
not receive anything. Their laughter will be laughter about own the weaknesses.

Almost all lessons will last 5 days. Some of them will be easy for you, others -
heavy. Something will not manage to be made to anybody. Its not tragedy. Simply
receive reference points of remote places. Our purpose is to define a track and
to begin movement. Yours comments place in one general theme, separately from my
tasks. I ask a moderator to create for this purpose a separate folder. Questions
to me after 10-th employment. If there will be a problem, solve it with
colleagues on training.
Now about procedure of an input. Within three next day you should enter into
"stream" of a practical work. Who will not be in time, that will be late.
Procedure of an input is resulted below. It is based on powerful dreamhackers'
discovery which refers to as " the interface of seers". We use this technics for
the reason, that we need to create threegon of intentions. The primary purpose
is the main feature of controllable dreams - a controllable input in the
awarenessed dream (want and enter without any conditions and restrictions). The
declared purpose is research of labyrinthes in various dreaming spaces
(probably, we shall not concern this purpose at all, but on "poster" of threegon
there will be it). The secret purpose (actually, mine) is training you to art of
consciousness. This purpose I shall achieve manipulations and a deceit (not you
and at all your reason). Finally, you will understand, at whom this deceit will
be aimed.
Now we shall talk about " the interface of seers ". It should be reception
identical to each of you, equally accessible and simple in the use. We shall
start its creation.
1. You lay down in a quiet place, close eyes and cover with their palms. (not
hollows of palms, but "flood gully" between hight of big finger and an edge of a
palm. Look at "heel" of a palm - on its middle. I hope, that my explanations
will not lead to the big mess because it is difficult to describe for what there
are no words.). Pressure upon eyes natural, pressing should be moderated. Our
sight is adjusted on two modes: external sight and an internal look. By means of
pressure of palms we include the third mode (it is possible to tell, not
documentary). At pressure of palms upon eyeballs there is a special activation
of optic nerves which includes set of the checks made by "program" of
consciousness. The program will find out the reasons of failure from "user"
modes of sight, and we shall take advantage of access to "system". The pose with
palms on eyes will not allow you "to roll down" in a dream. It too one of
advantages of technics.

3. The first exercise: you investigate occurrence of colors. How there are
colors? Where there are basic beams of "screen" - red, green, dark blue? How
primary colours create other palette? How your ideas and mood accelerate and
brake process of formation of colors? Simply observe and investigate
opportunities of the interface. After each exercise do a pause at one-two
o'clock. Be not engaged in intensive practice. Be hackers, ninja. Operate
stealthy and it is cautious. By fits. Without fear, but also without
self-sufficient. Here pay attention to my prevention and strictly follow it. As
soon as you sweep up sharp dimness of "interface" (as though someone pass by you
in real while you lay blindly or as though the cloud eclipses external light),
there and then clean palms from eyes, start to be engaged in the affairs and do

4. The second exercise: you investigate formation of recognized images. On the
screen of "interface" you see " nuclear soup " preimages. As soon as the
attention catches a certain similarity with images of ours of " visual library
", before us the recognized image is formed. It is interesting to note layers of
perception of an image. On our interface we see images is more bright and is
multilayered. At research of formation of images all over again study their
occurrence, their interrelation with mechanisms of attention. Find property of
"tenacity" or "glutinosity" of attention. Try to operate this property. Learn to
accelerate process of formation of images and to slow down it by means of
property of "tenacity/glutinosity".
5. The third exercise: you find and investigate service indicators of the
interface. These are small is bright-light or is dark-black specks. They are not
similar on what another, arising on the screen. They are located at tops of a
broken gear line (invisible - points at its bottom and top tops are visible
only). Usually they vanish at fixing attention. Therefore fix them indirectly,
being focused on something the friend. In total indicators five (at the left in
the bottom part and up to the middle of the screen across), but are sometimes
visible three additional indicators in the top right half of screen.
6. Be trained to switch the review with right to the left eye. This skill is
useful later.
Here while also all. On the first task it is allocated five days. It simple,
fact-finding and obligatory. This ocurrence in a stream of a practical work. In
reports describe the moments which have interested you. Describe your
impressions on each exercise of the task. Declaring the finds, you embody them
is actually, put in a basket "cherry" which break from a tree "novel". The
general sharing (division with others) the achievements will allow you to
generate "group" language and terminology. It as modulates a power stream of a
practical work your unique emanations.

questions:
1.are the two times you mentioned for practise(1-2oclock + 12-18oclock) am or pm?
2.are these 6 steps all part of the first exercise that lasts 5 days?
3. is each of these steps to be practised every day or does it go step by step?
4.is it to be done before going to sleep?
5.what do you mean with grouplanguage? shall we find own words for what we discover or shall we use a special code?(didnt understand your "cherry ""basket" example.)
6. shall we all start together within the next three days? or everyone as he wants?

Zitter: This is the beginning. You shall start when ever.The 2 times are as you say.
Every day will increase your your exercise and power.
You can do it before going to sleep.
The group language is how we will describe events witnessed.
Explora: Thanks for your participation Explora. This exercise I call the third eye exercise and have written about it before but the nagualita has taken it far past what I have learned.

Wolf,
I understand the mechanics and reasons for this 1st sequence. I am aware of the results. It seems to be a unique method. I can achieve the results (controllable dreaming) with my own methods. I'll try these to see if they work as well, but cannot commit to completion of the series with my other activities and responsibilities. I'll try those that I feel might be useful to me in my own awareness, as time allows.

another question..
sorry, maybe its caused by my problems with the foreign language -english-..
- are these three steps practised loosly step by step( first night step one..etc)
or every night all three steps?(with the pause between the steps it would mean an exercise that lasts several hours..
- is the pause from 1 to 2 oclock a must? and what happens when i go to bed after 1 or 2 oclock?
anyway, ill start in 30 minutes. then its 2oclock am here. ill see what happens.

I also have my methods, but I'll try. This exercise sounds very good to me.
I'll try to give my best, though I have so much commitments in my tonal life, that it barely leaves me time for anything. In about a month I'll be able to give my full participation again, as I will have more time than.

Use what limitations work for you. I would use all 3 steps together. What the Nagualita is asking is comments and descriptions of what you see in your interface. This exercise is show you that you can "see" with your second attention in while in your first attention. I've done this many times.
I remember doing it and watching Doktor Green, then seeing his nagual part "see" me. I use it to see Castor, Singer, Zitter, and others. It is how I "affect" you. The interface once directed gives you the ability to see around the world while in a waking state. How one can use it in dreaming is the secret I seek in this.
Castor: I understand, like I said this is just the first wave.

first day was a little impression of the kind of view.
saw nothing intresting. just some specks and colours. often dark blue web-structures.
sometimes had a short psychedelic feeling of being "on a trip" or being "taken away". after some time everything became darker, like light was taken away. i stopped then.
arms were aching because of holding them up and pressing the eyeballs.
second day was not that good. couldnt concentrate. thoughts were disturbing me. i stopped to relax an quiet my mind and fell asleep.
hm..
did i understand something wrong? i have to hold te elbows in the air to press palms on eyeballs. thats quite painfull after a few minutes. hard to relax. cant imagine to fall asleep that way.
hm...feeling stupid..

Tried this. Interesting results. I pressed hard enough at first to create a kalidieoscope of colors, then very gently. Once the colors faded, there was a central "light" or "hole" with translucent blue in it. This is the portal I can usually find and this method was just as quick! At this point I continued my Intended work, entering sleep while engaging my dreaming comrades.

I've tried this twice now.
The first night, I saw an image of a "red cross" aid van, and a woman going towards it. I wondered what this might signify? Was it a personal vision, or something more relevant to a global situation?
Then I lay down again just before (it is 10:15am). The way I do it, is that I just put the base of my palms above my eyes. I'm not sure about where to put my fingers, so they kind of rest up in the air a little.
The first colour that came, was quite clearly bronze. An image comes to mind as I write this, of a movie, set in Rome. I think they may be related.

third day. i immediately had amazing colour view.
i saw an intensive thing. something like a wierd blowing/ waving carpet over me. made of billions of black and white squares and triangles.
and mostly moving darkblue structures.
after a few minutes everything became dark. the psychedelic component was totally gone. felt like just lying there withe closed eyes.
i stopped then in fell asleep.

Perhaps the result of this practise, and the attention I've been giving to it, last nigth I was receiving many stream sof colour/imagery during the later part of the evening. was quite engaging and fun. immersive imagery continued to roll out before me.
I do get the impression, that many similar exercises exist in the Eastern/yoga system, and do have some difficulty with the wording, but will continue to practise and see what I can get out of it...

Zitter: Yes of course, use this everyday for the rest of your life if you want. The interface combined with the silencing of the internal dialogue is the object in this practice.

Latest image, I received, happened again in the night. I wasn't practising this exercise at the time - but felt it to be connected.
Noticed appearance of woman on inner screen of my vision. She was quite large, wore long skirt and top, interesting patterns. Almost an Indian style of dress. Older looking. I wondered if she might be helene - from dreamhackers?
I got the definite impression she was a walker between worlds.

For now, I haven't had much experience focusing on changing the "tenacity/glutinosity" of what I see. Infact, I will need to go to the dictionary to confirm exactly what is meant - but yes, this will be my next exercise.

Ok some more experiences last night. I'm actually quite enjoying these exercises, as they are providing a good incentive to develop the awareness from my third-eye.
I attempted developing the "tenacity" and "glutinosity" of my awareness, feeling into images thick with layers. These "images" appeared quite naturally, without any conscious exertion..
First an image of a packet of rollie cigarettes. I saw the different folds/layers of the packet. These soon became thick, like leather. Interesting texture.
The other image was of the many folds/ridges upon a mountaintop.

I have been practicing the exercise each night except for one. Strangely each time it has been different. I see many fleeting images - this is a not-doing. Last night I saw what appears to be the afterimage of my iris - I may have been using too much pressure - it lingered for a long time even after I removed the pressure from my eyes. I believe I have to continue finding the right palm position / pressure.
I'm still trying to re-read and get a better understanding of Zuleica's instructions. I wonder if by "threegon" she means triangle?
