break the barrier
#1
here's a quote from armando torres book 'secret of plumed serpent', castaneda is talking about parallel lines in this part by the way, just to give some context..
"Sorcerers encourage their apprentice to repeat with the left side of the body any movement that they do with the right side; the left-handed, obviously need to perform this exercise in the reverse. The reason for this exercise is to help break a physical barrier that exists inside us; once this barrier is shattered, it becomes much easier to move the assemblage point to enter dreaming."
Well, thanks for that carlos... in all of his books, did he ever mention this? seems really useful... i guess he probs did i just dont remember
so this reminded me of karate lessons when i was a kid, clearly the goal of that first exercise they make you do for days (up and down the hall, punching with the right then left fist) is to help get the ap moving.
and so i decided to give it a blast, and sure enough not only was it really effective, i saw how this is also a good way of intending to clear the room of negative energy, and fun too!
hope this (the quote i mean ) is of interest to others.. much love to you all

Hey transitions, I don't think he ever mentioned those passes. The intent is good. Great it did well for you, you have good fluidity and a nack for drawing power from teachings.
