Over a year ago, had this experience when an ordinary dream turned lucid.
In this lucid state I was with a person who was making me jump and then he was holding me up like I was a "ballerina" in a ballet.
This person was trying to point out, in my dream, that I can recognize my dream as such, and start "floating" .... Like: "Go on .... you can do it !"
At one point though as I was feeling his hand around my waist, I started to feel so self-conscious and therefore began to awake in "etheric body" instead ... (the so called "Aware Sleep Paralysis" state) ..... and since my physical body was snoring a bit, I heard this person of my dream say that I was "heavy-as-a-pig".
Under the circumstances, coming out of a lucid dream focus & witnessing my body still fast asleep ... snoring away ...... I thought that his statement was absolutely hilarious.
But when I moved my 'etheric body' head to my left ..... caught a glimpse of a "being-of-light" beside my bed, next to my head .... standing there by the wall .... and it looked like this luminous egg ....cocoon thing ... pulsating this .... like "liquid light waves" within it's auric field.
Later on I thought that this 'light being' I had witnessed, must have been my "dancing partner" I had brought "home" that night.
However this astral body that pulsates light was a new experience. Most usually in these sleep paralysis states, the astral projection presences that I have seen in the room have looked like people as they are .... people that I know or people I haven't known, but will shortly meet .... and in these situations there does seem to be consciousness on both sides about what is happening, whether it is remembered in "day-awareness" or not .... afterwards.
The third type of astral projection though, - has been, when the other person has not been conscious of his/her projection into my energy-field presence. A person who is not "astrally" (4th dimensionally ? aware) .... a person who is not aware or awake full stop .... i.e. a person who has no introspection, objectivity into his/her own emotional or thought processes .... desires .... fears etc. etc. etc. A person who does not possess a-free-and-independently-aware-will. Therefore these unconscious astral projections do not seem to even form a proper astral body and thus looking at them they look like dark 'shadows' .... and feeling them ..... there is this sense of an oppressive unconscious psychic-energy or emotional-energy-dependency; - n-e-e-d to interfere with your energy-field somehow .... or attach itself to it .....
In contrast feeling the presence of a "light-being" .... there was a sense of heightened awareness ...(as in free-and-independent-will energy) ..... love and tremendous warmth with a wicked sense of humour .... yet the feeling was that of an almost impersonal detachment ....
P.S. These "Aware Sleep Paralysis" states are something I can discuss, since I have had them occasionally most of my life.

Then a couple of months back, had another 'significant-to-me' Lucid Dream.
In one morning found myself in that state between awake-state and dreaming reality .... & this 4 part formula kept running in my head, which I then repeated consciously. Underlying reason for the formula was for me to be able to see my own Intent ..... projected ... or witnessed .... in another.
First part was something about going beyond the veil ...
Second part was something ... which I now can't remember ...
Third part was something ...
And the fourth part was to find another ...... who was parallel to this kind perception (the 3 parts guided me to witness).
When I focused on the fourth part, all of a sudden a person stood in front of me .... as though on opposite platform across like railroad tracks ... or "lines" between us.
I found it quite astonishing just how vividly I saw him, for it was just like in ordinary waking reality.
He was absolutely beaming at me.
The "oneness" cognizance between us was there .... once again there was love and tremendous warmth as well as great intensity with such lightness and good humour.
Yet ..... quoting a sentence I found on the web about Oneness and Non-Duality:
"It does not point to 'your' awareness, but to Awareness itself in which the idea of 'you' appears. It does not point to 'your' beingness, but to the undeniable Beingness that appears as you"
That was exactly what he was pointing to me. It was as though he had now become so firmly "solidified" on non-dual level ... in "oneness awareness" .... that his body and his astral body also had now but become nothing more than just tools, or just vehicles of expression of that Non-Dual Awareness Energy.
It was as though he had lost all the weight ...of all the things that ordinarily weigh us down as human beings.
