Beginnings in dreaming
#1
Hello dreamers.

I`ve had my first lucid dream and I`m trying to make a list of what to do when dreaming.

Feel free to add to the list.

-Look for the hands and the body

-Intend to not wake up

-Focus on objects in the dream

-Be on the lookout for unusual things

-Avoid contact with IB

-Try to change the scenes in the dream

-Hold those scenes

-Try pointing a finger with the intent to see

Relax... be sober about it. Flow with it.

cool, glad to hear that.

-Intend to not wake up
That might be contra productive, but if it works for you ....

I would suggest to focus on one max two themes. It is sometimes hard to maintain clear thinking

even if you are lucid and having too much goals can be confusing.

Feel free to add to the list.

I mostly look for my hands in the day time and do a dreaming checks to see if I`m dreaming. Sometimes I check the light switch to see if it works. I kept a
dream log but stopped it... I also intend to lucid dream before going to sleep. I want to do it, and I repeat it to myself before sleep.
