Putting your Question to the world.
#1
WBTB: Wake back to bed. A lucid technique of waking up in between sleep cycles and doing things during the short time you are awake to influence lucidity in the next dreams.
HH: Hypnagogic hallucinations, what you see when you sometimes are falling asleep, and you begin seeing vivid dream like images.

Putting your question to the world.

Ever wanted to pull an answer just out of the ether to a question that you have? Well, you can! Through dreams.

Ask yourself a question: Do I have a dream guide?

- How can I be lucid more often?

- How do I get more love in my life?

etc etc.

Think about your question before bed. Write it down on a piece of
paper. Or, you can fall asleep with the question in mind. You may get
the answer in a dream lucid or non.

Tip: first thought before falling asleep - First dream impression when waking up.

Tip: Sometimes during WBTB it's easier to naturally see hypnagogic
imagery. Think about your question in a pre dream sleep and you may get
a clue to the answer in an HH flash.

Examples:

How do I lucid dream more often?

When I tried this question. I fell into a short lucid during my WBTB.
In the dream a woman handed me a piece of paper, and when I opened it
it read "proud your joy". It sounded like Engrish. But the message was
right: In my efforts to LD i was trying too hard and stressing myself
out. Lucid dreams should be done as a light hearted affair not a heavy
one!

What is one thing I can do to get a girlfriend?

The first dream I remembered was being at school. So in essence: go
back to school and take a class, I might meet someone more to my liking
than some barslut haha.

Tips for interpretation: Rely on your own interpretation of the dream.
you know yourself and your dreams better than anyone, so trust your own
instinct when deriving an interpretation of your own dream.

Remember: try the things suggested from the dream... you never know what may happen!
