Dreaming Techniques

Something that I have found disappointing with Carlos teachings about dreaming is that he did not elaborate enough on how to reach your dreaming body awareness
except to just look for your hands in your dreams although it worked for me as a starter it still left hanging to attain dreaming awareness when it comes to
reaching your dreaming body all the time as anybody would prefer if this is your intentions to dream all the time.




Since I had to stalk predatory forces to undo the fixation that they had on me when I was in my teens I learned to and I mean years later to stalk the elements
in my dreams that shrouded my attention that kept me from dreaming freely and only then that I was determined with strong intent was able to break free and let
loose my dreaming potential with the feeling of "liberation" to enhance this awareness that I feel should be unhindered and should be brought forward
as a act of war with a warrior as your last battle on earth to reach this attention that is rightly ours to have.




I personally feel that everyone has the potential to dream but are scared to do so and hide and shield themselves with their tonal as to not take
responsibility by venturing outside of their cozy world and come up with excuses as to not to confront the predatory forces that are "INORGANIC
AWARENESS" that they feel is evil and morbid, I feel the same way but what kept me on my toes is that I was being taken over by them anyhow and by
"me" knowing this with the strength of my dreaming or energy body was able to perceive outside of there world and break free of there fixation.




To each their own when it comes to dreaming techniques but the ones that I will illustrate are tried and true and you can take them or leave them as you desire
but be prepared to face yourself that is not really yourself but something else in disguise as you, only to realize that your attention is a mere puppet on
strings controlled by other predatory forces in the dreaming realm.




I mentioned some techniques on this particular thread but feel that I have something to add as my objective as a "Warrior of Of Attention" to further
cleanse my being to the real world that I personally seek.

I mentioned in the past and I will keep repeating it again that the best way to set up the condition to dream is in your waking hours as this will be a
catalyst in your dreams because it will be a reflection of your normal awareness into your dreams that happens whether we like it or not so we must make do
with what we got and if you have other means then use them.




I conditioned my dreaming trigger points to foster my dreaming awareness from the personal obsessions in daily life and the fears that I have and stalk this
fear and obsession in my daily life by willing my intent to reach my dreaming body when dreaming these elements that are of concern and you can do this by
meditation or while driving down the road when you encounter a "ATTENTION MAGNET" that anchors your attention ( me personally a women with a really
"nice ass", really bad storm clouds or dangerous driving conditions), I intend this as my trigger point to reach my energy(dreaming) body when I
encounter these items while in normal awareness only to transfer this intent into my dreaming.




This can be attained by shutting off your internal dialog when encountering any such things that may be of concern to you and replacing fear or obsession with
the intent of your perception of your energy body even though it may be abstract in concept to attain this it will set your being to be conditioned to change
levels of awareness when you set it up to be so, instead of going into panic mode as a knee jerk reaction I learned that we as humans have much more potential
but this potential has to be encouraged and groomed that comes from our being but is laying dormant and we must wake up our personal resources by intending
them.




Why I mentioned a women with a really "nice ass" is because that has been my obsession(just looking) since I started thinking with my other head when
I was young and to this day within discipline but the reason why I wanted to emphasis this personal infliction of my "attention magnet" that goes
below the belt is that this passion of seeing a nice women body that is normal will be used as detriment element in your dreams because predatory forces in
your dreams will use this element as a "HOOK LINE AND SINKER" to put your dreaming potential in the dirt(dick in the dirt).




My point that I wanted to make is that I used this to my ultimate advantage by conditioning myself to use this as a catalyse to reach my dreaming body as you
can use anything to trigger or foster your dreaming awareness, anytime I see a women trying to *** me in my dreams(this used to happen allot) it would trigger
my dreaming awareness only to find that the women in my dreams with a really nice ass that was a reflection of my obsession in normal awareness was actually a
inorganic being in disguise trying to entrap my attention.




When you recognize that your wet dreams are detrimental it is best to not engage with foreign energy or any such engagement of attention because you will be
fucked energetically wise.




Take this example to any aspect of your life and not be treated with a "HOOK LINE AND SINKER" engagement from any F.E. and when you start this act of
defence you will start saving your energy by not allowing this energy drain and believe me when you have your guards up and start saving energy you will have
over a dozen true dreaming body dreams every night and then into your normal awareness with the second attention.




I would not want it any other way and I'm happy.

Everyone has there own sleep patterns that they adapt to by the environment from were they live so to say when is a good time to really dream compared to the
drive-by dreams that most people have is to each individual, my circumstance "sucks" because my neighbor has a "Daycare" center for 12 to
15 kids 8 years now and their playground and playhouse is around twenty feet from my bedroom window so me and my ear plugs are pretty handy to shield most of
the noise.




It should have been on U-Tube when I went outside to my neighbors place in my under-ware yelling at them to take away the twelve kids with "Police
Whistles" that my neighbor gave to all the kids as a fun thing to do, along with the wiffle bats that they used to smack at my fence for something to do.




I can't forget to tell you that I was woken up out of dead sleep by hearing a chopping sound on my wooden fence by seeing three kids with hatchets putting
a hole in my fence and I asked them "What are you doing" they said that they wanted to chop a hole in my fence to get their ball out of my yard that
was accidentally kicked in my yard and that they thought that "I" would be mad if they were to go in my yard to get it and I told them by all means
go and get your ball.




I have to tell you this one too I would get woken all the time by these kids banging on my door waking me up and ask me if my dog (AKC Yellow Lab) can go out
to play with them and this is while I worked third shift along with another job trying to get some sleep only to be woken again with several kids crying that
my dog would not give them their ball because he would entice the kids to get the ball by putting in front of them only to snatch the ball in mere half a
second of time, if I was not trying to sleep being on such a weird shift I would think that this is entertaining and it is really by the nature of it.




I told my neighbors that I'm from a large family and kids will be kids and let them have fun but laid the law down that having "Police Whistles"
will not fly with me and all my other neighbors agreed.










The point that I wanted to make is that having screaming kids next to my bedroom window kept me in a state of sleep that was not deep but to the point that I
had my memory resource that I have while awake and I would go through dream after dream holding onto my dreaming awareness at my discretion if I wanted to
change dreaming scenes or to continue (I would even get up to go to the bathroom and look forward to going into that dream again) and wanted that if one wants
to dream they might want something to keep them semi awake to have your memory resource as your defence of your "INTENT" while dreaming, think of it
this way if you can think as you are now while dreaming then you are attaining what should be.

When I have certain concerns that trouble me in ordinary life, like at the work place or certain fears I found that F.I or I.B. awareness will use this as the
matrix of my dreams to intensify things that piss me off and get a knowing of whats going on I will stalk this intrusion in my dreams by intending my dreaming
awareness when this occurs and nip it in the ass before any more engagement of my energy is spent by setting up trigger points to act intentionally by
condition or by setting up my intent before I fall asleep.


When I set up my trigger points to become aware I will find that by shutting off my internal dialog while dreaming and by intending to see the energy behind
the figures and elements that are detrimental in nature, I found out by observing them to be "Foreign Energy" trying to manipulate me and drain my
energy and I would put an end to it instantly and then go into another dream until I would dream of elements of good energy.




I seek good energy in my dreams by surfing my dreams from one to another and this has to be intended because this will not happen by accident.

When I think of the conditions that cleared up my dreaming as this topic was brought up again in other posts here on this site of how to dream better something
became very clear to me as the mechanisms that helped me profoundly but was hard to pinpoint in the past but was also was talked about it in segments and now I
think this will help members clear the path to there dreaming double that i feel plagues the average person to dream and the best way for me to illustrate this
is to list them in different numbered catagories because each one has conditions to be met or dealt with as each one will have an effect and inhibit your
ability to open your dreaming awareness.




1. I know for a fact that most potential dreamers limit themselfs because of the fear opening up there awareness to outside forces like Foriegn Energy so they
as a reflex don't do any significant dreaming at all.
