Hey guys. Here is a thought. Why dont most experienced dreamers write down exersices and guidelines for dreaming and getting lucid?

methods to achieve your dreaming body

I method to beckon your dreaming body while dreaming is to intend it by thinking about it whenever some of concern happens while in your normal wakeing hours.
Whenever something happens that I feel that I'm in danger by people or bad wheather or anything that is urgent I intend my dreaming attention or energy body as my initial response besides acting in my normal waken state.
By doing this you can condition or set up the triggering of your dreaming attention while dreaming by intending it or thinking it, and when you have a ordinary dream and something of concern happens you can snap into your dreaming body by conditioning.
It works for me personally, when something happens in my dreams that I feel that I'm in danger I enter my dreaming body and escape the entrapment.
It always has worked for me since I've been dreaming for over 26 years.
Try this for an exercise- whenever you see someone threatening on the street in public in your normal wakeing hours shut off your internal dioalog and focus your intent on reaching your dreaming body or finding your hands in your dreams, and keep doing that until it becomes second nature and soon when you are in a dream and you see someone threatening- "Bingo" you will reach your dreaming attention and then you can go over to the misc figure or person and slap the living **** out of them in your dreams.
Its worth a try.

Is it a good idea to establish an intent for dreaming or is it more beneficial to allow dreams to be what they are without any form of pre-set intention?
Here's what my experience has shown me. If, for example I state as my intent that I want to meet with the dreamers of Parallel Perception at a mountain location, I have found it may actually inhibit my dreaming.
My dreaming may want to tell me something entirely different than my mountain meeting scenario, and I may be acting in opposition to my energetic dynamics.
I have found my strongest dreaming comes when I welcome whatever dreams may come. Then, once I am dreaming, I have established what may be called a secondary intent.
My primary intent is to welcome whatever dreams may come. My secondary intent is to become lucid and find my hands.
Then, once I become lucid, I call on my dream guide, which in my case is the Goddess.
I would then ask the Goddess to guide me to a meeting at the beach with the members of the Ravens.

My lucids are pretty rare lately. but i do seem to have a knack for intending to dream with/of people i want.
With certain people i will give them a thought and think of them no more just before bed. or i will imagine i'm already in a dream with them. i imagine EVERY detail possible as if i'm there at that moment. What feelings/convo's/event/colors etc are going on. Now i have never had the exact dream later on but i will usually have a dream of the person or a similar theme.
What you guys call setting up intent for dreaming a hypnotist might call making effort to affect the sub concious. 21 repetitions, not 21 minutes,days, years BUT repetitions of the same excercise and the sub concious will have it memorised. Your sub concious doesn't care about your hopes/wishes/feeling it only responds to the effort you put towards it.
i'm fairly stubborn so it sometimes takes more repetitions for me.

Here is the sort one that worked for me and some people i know.
Take notes on dreaming and everyday Intent to Dream lucid.
Do this for years if need be.
Try all kind of metodes
Keep going
This will lead to succes!
For me it took about 4 years (effectly). I had long breaks in my Dreaming 'work'
