Daily Lucid Dream Affirmations

Based on my research, our experiences here, and some insights from Lone Wolf, I am posting a very simple ritual that we can use everyday. This routine, and others to follow, will facilitate lucid dreaming and subsequently lead to dreaming together which is, after all, the purpose of this group.
The first step is to choose a dream movement (or activity). This movement should be one that is very vivid in your memory and that when you recall it, your can feel the physical sensation of performing the movement in your dream. For example, for me it was a recent dream of flying out of my window. When I recall the experience, my body has a strong memory of the movement.
The second step is very simple. All of us at some point in the day or night, step outside of our home whether to go to school, or to work, or to check out the weather, and look up at the sky. Each day as we greet the outdoors, we repeat OUT LOUD, a personalized dream affirmation. I will post an example (my own affirmation) and each of you will personalize it with the dream movement memory of your choice.
If this were a dream, I would be aware,
I would spread my arms, and take to the air.
While saying this out loud, I will actually spread my arms, as I did in my dream, and recall the physical sensation of flying through the air. (My neighbors already know Im strange.)
The beginning of our day is not the only time we can do this ritual. The more often we repeat this affirmation during our waking time, the easier it wiill become to wake up in our dreams.
