Last night dreamed again with Rosygyro
We were having a conversation while watching a strange version of what appeared to be a collegiate basketball game. There was some energetic adjustment being made by the "referees" of the game with respect to celebration by teammates and fans when a last second shot was made to win the game. Apparently, there was some concern that such emphasis was placed on excitement around these "last minute plot twists", so to speak, that they were becoming kind of commonplace, thus "staged" in a way. So the flow of energetics associated with the game were adjusted to reintroduce an element of excitement and uncertainty.
Later, I'm on the sidelines of the basketball court with Rosy. He's got a large banner on which he's painted one of his complex diagrams, only done in bright colors, like one typically sees painted on signs held by those cheering on their team. The implication of the banner seems to be along the lines of what he seems to emphasize in the main forum.....the folly of man, in a nutshell. Particularly the failings of those embarked in warriorship. I try talking to him about the way he communicates in the forum....about how he seems to convey a sense of urgency with respect to what he's trying to get across....but that his syntax and elaborate/esoteric metaphors made it very difficult to understand what he's talking about....and how that seems counterproductive when trying to get across something that seems so critically important. We discussed for a bit, but he was talking in the dream somewhat in the same way he communicates in his posts in the tonal....so the exchange seemed disjointed...and that fact seemed deliberate on his part.
Eventually the heavy part of the conversation played out and I asked him a few questions about the utility of entheogens on the path. He smiled and laughed and said something that implied that they were not useful from his perspective....but might be useful from another's, depending on the person/situation. The tone was light and easy...implying a "dealer's choice" kind of motif...i.e. do it if you want, and get out of it what you can. We continued talking as I was describing a recently create analog to the molecule, LSD. He looked at me, suddenly, stopping me mid-sentence, and said, "You're lagging" and then turned and bolted out the exit door of the stadium and into the dark parking lot outside. I walked to the door and saw the he was almost instantaneously 100's of meters away, but heard his voice telepathically right beside my ear, saying "You can finish, but you're gonna have to catch up. You have a few seconds left". I stopped for a second, trying to think if I had anything left to say....and then just intended to try to catch up with him for the hell of it...just to see if I could. My intent gathered into a ball and I made several huge, arcing leaps across the parking lot (it was night out) to land beside him at the farthest edge of the line of parked cars which were on a grassy knoll adjacent to a ravine. He turned to face me silently and I looked at him for a moment....and decided to finish the last two words of the sentence he had stopped when he said "you're lagging." It was so anticlimactic given the huge effort I made to catch up with him that we both started laughing uproariously. He was laughing so hard that he lost his balance and fell over the fence on top of the knoll, bordering the ravine and disappeared. I thought to myself, Nice exit. and the dream faded and I woke up
