Dream Inspiration

Greetings to All!




I have been enjoying reading quite a few of the entries to the forum. Yesterday morning, while practicing waking in my dreams, I had a deeply moving dream that
inspired me to compose a song. I have written many songs this way.




It's nice to recall the song and re-experience the same feelings I was having in the dream. I'd like to share the lyrics with you.




AFTER THE DREAM




Drink from my lips now a breath away and


Quench your thirst.

For tonight the Moon is Full.


You hunger for Knowledge and faithfully

Thank you for the complement. At first your question caught me by surprise. But after taking some time, I realized that even though the words are written in the second person, I am the one who hungers for knowledge.
Similar feeling dreams have involved a person or being which is both threatening and extremely alluring, from whom I believe I will gain important knowledge. But there is often a strong element of personal danger.
This who that calls to me I believe is another part of me, but my total opposite, as if I were matter and it, antimatter. The attraction is very strong and the feeling lingers for weeks.
