Manifesting in the Tonal

Ideas manifest in the tonal in a variety of ways.  My question is how do you excel the skill of manifesting into the tonal? 
For example, thoughts are easy enough to transmit and receive.  That's not enough though.  I want more.  Push further.  Transition into matter.
The only downfall I see with more substantial exchanges is it truly is a two way street.  I want to be able to transmit but that means I must receive.  I want to be able to manifest, which means I must destroy.  Energy doesn't die, it transfers.
To move beyond affecting the environment into becoming the environment. 
I'm asking for techniques, I'll supply the power.

There is destruction and creation,
there are powers and techniques,
there are tools and hands,
will and hands
minds and eye.

Power itself manifest, all that is seen is just a mere manifestation of power,
yet its nothing, for me there is still something more, yet when I say, when I want it, I dont have it.
How can I have it ?
How can I gain the technical undercurrents for that I may fully express myself practicaly in all the flowing currents ?
How can I recognise what I am ?
What I feel as should be ?
Is it in the feeling what should be ?
Is it in the cognition of beign ?
Is it in the manifestation ?
And if so, what is Tonal ?
Something or just a mere reflection, just a mirror of enviroment that I am or not - depending on just how much I feel as a self-sufficient,
yet not self-contained but equivalent, if my reflection is neat simple blank of paper ?

Which story I stored at the beggining till the end ?

Flow around like water, gently touching the transition to matter
or Burn to ashes into dust the stacks of scribbled unreadable sheets paper as in movement - in the flames - the blaze is apparent.
