This is something that I have done alot of along with just about everyone else. whether it be hopes and dreams or the visualization and mental fabrication from the known to the unknown and the problem is the shadow or I.B. influence of these forms of pre mental anticipation and action.
These concepts should be stalked and considered when acting as a warrior.
When hunting or in ordinary world circumstances people always preconcieve what they are going to do and I can smell Foriegn energy involvement.
I'm sure many people feel this.

Well I haven't heard it called 'mental masturbation'! But I know what you're talking about. My own take is that the foreign element can be overcome. It can be completely neutralized, but it is part of the human so it is always around. Whether it is involved in a planning or preconception project is likely determined by the Intent. For example, if you are thinking about doing a series of meditations that might allow you to experience altered states, there MIGHT not be flyer involvement. If you are thinking about a new car.....
The Intent of the Source is to expand awareness, conquer duality, spread light. We are the Source. All aware probes are the Source. Thus our own underlying Intent is the same. If we could examine every thought and act at it's conception, we would see that it is born of that Intent. The trick is to retain that true Intent throughout the thought or act and not let it be kidnapped by the flyer.
