Recap

Intending recap places and instances. Have you ever recapped in a dream as if in the physical fully but in a dream. Is this possible? Most of my pointers to
recap are in dreams, but are only symbolic. Why doesnt the dreamer just recap while in dreaming???

The dreamer is doing, the recapping is to remember what the dreamer did...thus my opinion.

For every looking I have ever done must I see through? for every conversation Ive had must I recap, even if I was calm? Even When I was alone and had internal
dialogue must every word be recapped?
