COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho (AP) - Eight-year-old Shasta Groene told authorities that a man later identified as a violent sexual predator tied up her family before she and her 9-year-old brother were taken away in a pickup truck, according to court papers released Tuesday.
The affidavit makes no mention of the savage beating deaths of the abducted children's mother, older brother and mother's boyfriend, or whether the girl witnessed the killings.
Joseph Edward Duncan III, 42, of Fargo, N.D., was charged with two first-degree kidnapping counts and ordered held without bail Tuesday. Duncan was shackled and appeared unshaven as he looked intently at the judge during a brief appearance via video link.
The intent of the crimes, court documents said, was to rape, seriously injure or commit a lewd and lascivious act on a child under 16 years old. Duncan has not been charged with anything other than the kidnapping counts, which can carry the death penalty or life in prison.


Kootenai County Sheriff's Sgt. Brad Maskell wrote in the terse, handwritten document that both Shasta and 9-year-old Dylan Groene "were repeatedly molested."
While it is the Associated Press' policy not to identify alleged victims of sexual assault in most cases, the search for the children and Shasta's recovery were so heavily publicized that their names were already widely known.
The children vanished May 16, when the bodies of their mother, older brother and mother's boyfriend were found at their rural home. Early Saturday, employees and customers spotted the girl eating breakfast with Duncan in Coeur d'Alene.
Authorities on Tuesday continued to wait for DNA test results of human remains found in western Montana earlier this week that may be those of 9-year-old Dylan, who authorities believe is dead. Those results are expected to take three days.
Duncan had spent more than a decade in prison for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy at gunpoint and was a fugitive at the time of his arrest, accused of molesting a 6-year-old boy in Minnesota.
A registered high-risk sex offender, Duncan was released on $15,000 bail earlier this year after being charged with molesting the boy. Police in Fargo, N.D. had been looking for Duncan since May, when he failed to check in with a probation agent.
Duncan has refused to cooperate with authorities in their search for the 9-year-old boy, officials said. Authorities have relied on information from his sister, evidence from Duncan's stolen red Jeep Cherokee and some 100 new tips from the public in the search for the boy.
At a news conference in St. Regis, Mont., FBI Special Agent in Charge Tim Fuhrman of Salt Lake City confirmed Tuesday that the children were with Duncan in the Lolo National Forest of northwestern Montana sometime over the past seven weeks. But he said officials had not yet confirmed whether Duncan was with them the entire time.
A gas station and convenience store clerk in the western Montana logging community of about 300 people told The Associated Press she recognized Duncan after seeing his photo.
Jackie Allen, 26, told police Duncan had been a customer several weeks after the children disappeared. Neither of the children were with him at the time, she said.
"It's been crazy. I mean, if I would have known I probably could have saved those babies," said Allen, a mother of two.
Authorities believe Shasta may have tried to get patrons at another gas station and convenience store to recognize her, hours before she was found at the Denny's restaurant.
Security camera videotape showed the girl and her alleged kidnapper at the store Friday evening in Kellogg, about 40 road miles east of Coeur d'Alene.
"In the small takes I saw out of that surveillance video, she's walking around, stopping, looking right at the faces of the different patrons there," Kootenai County Sheriff's Capt. Ben Wolfinger said Tuesday on ABC's "Good Morning America."
Cameron Conoco owner Ted Beamis told The Associated Press that the girl's alleged abductor, "acted like he didn't have a care in the world" until one point during his visit.
"He was walking around. You could see him kind of watching her. One time in the store she's wandering up and down the aisles, and he kind of loses track of her, and you can see him looking around in a panic."
Sexual Pedators like this one is a good example of a foreign installation's need for this type of violent energy.

LONDON (AP) - Four blasts rocked the London subway and tore open a packed double-decker bus during the morning rush hour Thursday, sending bloodied victims fleeing in the worst attack on London since World War II. At least 40 people were killed, U.S. officials said, and more than 360 wounded in the terror attacks.
A clearly shaken Prime Minister Tony Blair called the coordinated attacks "barbaric" and said they were designed to coincide with the G-8 summit opening in Gleneagles, Scotland. They also came a day after London won the bid to host the 2012 Olympics. A group calling itself "The Secret Organization of al-Qaida in Europe" claimed responsibility.
The four explosions went off within 40 minutes, beginning at 8:51 a.m. (3:51 a.m. EDT), and hit three subway stations and the double-decker bus. Authorities immediately shut down the subway and bus lines that log 8.4 million passenger trips every weekday.
The explosion seemed to go off at the back of the bus, said bystander Raj Mattoo, 35. "The roof flew off and went up about 10 meters (30 feet). It then floated back down," he said. "There were obviously people badly injured. A parking attendant said he thought a piece of human flesh had landed on his arm."


"It was chaos," said Gary Lewis, 32, who was evacuated from a subway train at King's Cross station. "The one haunting image was someone whose face was totally black and pouring with blood."
As the city's transportation system ground to a near-halt, buses were used as ambulances and an emergency medical station was set up at a hotel. Rescue workers, police and ordinary citizens streamed into the streets to help.
Some central London streets emptied of traffic. Groups of commuters who had been on their way to work gathered around corner shops with televisions, watching in silence. The mood was somber and subdued.
At the request of Queen Elizabeth II, the Union Jack flag flying over Buckingham Palace was lowered to half staff.
Blair, flanked by fellow G-8 leaders, including President Bush, read a statement from the leaders. "We shall prevail and they shall not," he said.
"Whatever they do, it is our determination that they will never succeed in destroying what we hold dear in this country and in other civilized nations throughout the world," he said earlier.
He departed by helicopter back to London. The world leaders continued meeting but their agenda got sidetracked and they decided to delay declarations on climate change and the global economy.
Bush warned Americans to be "extra vigilant," and his administration raised the terror alert for mass transit a notch to code orange. Security also was stepped up in the U.S. Capitol and in train and bus stations around the country.
Much of Europe also went on alert. Italy's airports raised alert levels to a maximum. The Czech Republic, Hungary, Russia, the Netherlands, France and Spain also announced beefed-up security at shopping centers, airports, railways and subways.
The U.N. Security Council was to meet later Thursday to address the London attacks and was expected to pass a resolution condemning the blasts, an official said.
A group calling itself "The Secret Organization of al-Qaida in Europe" posted a claim of responsibility, saying the blasts were in retaliation for Britain's involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The statement also threatened attacks in Italy and Denmark, both of which have troops in Iraq. It was published on a Web site popular with Islamic militants, and the text was republished on Elaph, a secular Arabic-language news Web site, and Berlin's Der Spiegel magazine.
The authenticity of the statement could not be immediately confirmed, but terrorism experts said the coordinated explosions had the trademarks of the al-Qaida network.
"This is clearly an al-Qaida style attack. It was well-coordinated, it was timed for a political event and it was a multiple attack on a transportation system at rush hour," said Lawrence Freedman, professor of war studies at King's College in London.
Deputy Assistant Commissioner Brian Paddick said there had been no arrests, and it was unclear whether suicide bombers were involved.
Asked about the claim of responsibility, Paddick said: "We will be looking at that ... at the moment we don't know if that's a legitimate claim or not." He added British officials had received no prior warning nor did they have any advance intelligence that the attacks would occur.
European stocks dropped sharply after the blasts, with exchanges in London, Paris and Germany all down about 2 percent. Insurance and travel-related stocks were hit hard, and the British pound also fell. Gold, traditionally seen as a safe haven, rose.
The explosions also unnerved traders on Wall Street, sending stocks down sharply.
Three U.S. law enforcement officials said at least 40 people were killed. They spoke on condition of anonymity and said they learned of the number from their British counterparts.
In London, Paddick said at least 33 people killed in the subway system alone. He confirmed other deaths on the bus but gave no figures.
Officials at seven major hospitals surveyed by The Associated Press reported 368 people wounded. Among them, at least 45 were in serious or critical condition, including amputations, fractures and burns, said Russell Smith of London Ambulance Service.
London Mayor Ken Livingstone said the blasts were "mass murder" carried out by terrorists bent on "indiscriminate ... slaughter."
"This was not a terrorist attack against the mighty or the powerful ... it was aimed at ordinary working-class Londoners," said Livingstone, in Singapore where he supported London's Olympic bid. Giselle Davies, an International Olympic Committee spokeswoman, said the committee still had "full confidence" in London.
Jay Kumar, a business owner near the site of the bus blast at Russell Square in central London, said he ran out of his shop when he heard a loud explosion. He said the bus's top deck collapsed, sending people tumbling to the floor.
Many appeared badly injured, and bloodied people ran from the scene.
"A big blast, a big bomb," he told The Associated Press. "People were running this way panicked. They knew it was a bomb. Debris flying all over, mostly glass."
"I was on the bus in front and heard an incredible bang, I turned round and half the double decker bus was in the air," Belinda Seabrook told Press Association, the British news agency.
Traces of explosives were found at two explosion sites, a senior police official said.
Explosions were reported at the Aldgate station near the Liverpool Street railway terminal, Edgware Road and King's Cross in north London, Old Street in the financial district and Russell Square, near the British Museum.
"I saw lots of people coming out covered in blood and soot. Black smoke was coming from the station. I saw several people laid out on sheets," office worker Kibir Chibber, 24, said at the Aldgate subway station.
Simon Corvett, 26, on an eastbound train from Edgware Road station, described "this massive huge bang ... It was absolutely deafening and all the windows shattered."
"You could see the carriage opposite was completely gutted," he said. "There were some people in real trouble."
On March 11, 2004, terrorist bombs on four commuter trains in Madrid killed 191 people.

I know when you confront the F.i. head on with confrontations like this that your tonal world is deeply affected bit but fortunately for just a short period of
time untill it will go back to normal and when this happens you have to have your guards up untill this passes.




Just today and this is not a dream because this could have been on the news of T.V. that I when I was at work doing my job I stopped at a red light and the sun
was in my eyes and the way my vehicle was positioned was hard to see this man on a bicycle about 65 years old rode his bike in front of me and I did not see
him and I hit him with my truck and he fell on the road in a fetal position and was yelling that his knee was hurt and I saw that his hand was bleeding in
several different area's with his bike all mangeled.




My response was to call the police and ambulance along with any proper procedure to do the right thing when a accident occures but to my surprise he just asked
for several bandaids which I had and at this point there was several wittnesses to offer testimonies of the occurence said that there is no reason for the
police to get involved because of a cut finger and all that he needed to do was to walk off his bad knee mean while I straightened his handle bars on his bike
and put the chain back on his sprocket and gave my inspection of a undamaged bike and he thanked me and told me that thank god that this was not worse than it
was and gave me a gesture of friendship and walked away while pushing his bike manually without any signs of any knee damage that me and the witnesses
witnessed.




He walked away like never anything happened when I thought I clearly wiped out a person riding a bike.




I felt the F.E. forces when all this transpired and luckily the police was not involved.

Last october I knew before I went to bed that I was going to dream because of the feeling of the surroundings that I had even though I was in my house and when
I laid down to get comfortable to fall asleep I started dreaming already before I was truely sleeping because I just blew my nose and had a drink of water and
went into a dream and woke up with the kleenex still in my hand which is weird because it takes me at least ten minutes to start sleeping.




I had about forty dreams that night and about 12 that were to the level that I reached my dreaming attention and the rest were just drive by dreams as though I
was just watching a movie-3D. Before I went to bed I set up my intent because of the feeling that I had and this feeling that I had was of the predatorial
I.B's that try and consume your attention by diverting your attention so they can feed off your energy and I latter knew that it was the Daddy of F.E.
because it was'nt until I woke up that it was the F.I. because of the fleeting shadows hovering around me along with the sound of vibration around my body.




These type of dreams don't happen all the time but I felt that this was a different arrangement than my typical dreams that I would have and the difference
I feel is that I had more of a degree of control than in the past and that I was ready for some real onslaughts compared to the past I would fear the
confrontation but this time I anticipated what was going to happen. So I started out with some vivid short dreams and noticed how in my dreams that items and
simple tasks would present themselfs to occupy my attention that would muddle my intent and when I recognized this element I would let the dream disolve but
still held onto my dreaming attention and would continue with my intent and as soon I entered into a new dreaming scene the same thing would happen by
something muddleing with my intent like if I wanted to go outside something would fall and I would try and go around it but then something else would get in my
way or divert my attention to go around the first initial object and then I would get pissed off and then shut off my internal dialog and let the dream
disassemble into another one and the same thing would happen.




What I noticed was the energy trying to disrupt my attention so I instead of running from it decided to go after it by enticing the intrusion by setting it up
because I know what it uses to trigger there involvement so I would set up elements with my intent and it worked hook line and sinker, I would think about this
one women that turned me on by her body and sure as **** there she was naked and I would then go to the main elements (figures) and sut off my internal dialog
and see there energy configuration and as soon as I would do this they would turn into electric type energy cloud and dissappear really quick only to reappear
in another form and this turned into a bout of will or (the fight for your attention not being consumed) manipulated.




This is actual waking perception while at work.




When I woke up seeing the shadows I was actually happy because I was looking forward to going to bed the next night so I could do this all over again because I
felt I was gaining ground because I was on them like flies on **** and felt my defenses were getting stronger as I continued.


This day which was tuesday was really different by being really strange but really neat at the same time, I was driving and saw this really bright colored
rainbow with the full arch and in the past I would hardly ever see one that was so complete with such brillient bright colors and then while I was in awl by
this brillient rainbow I knew that If I went the right way that I could drive right where it touched down on the ground and this is what happened and it was
really cool and kickass to be in clouds of color but it did not last long as I watched the rainbow spot that touched the ground which was easy to spot because
it was a corn field so I could see it travel because the circle was about a couple hundred yard circle going about forty miles an hour and within or less than
a minute of driving though a rainbow I get a call from my employer that he was told that I went into a building that was next to the place were I was at and
used there hilo and that he would have to tell his manager(top management) but I told them that I never set foot into the building on private property near
were I was at and he believed me, that it was all assumptions on the guy he was talking to because I took a pallet that was light enough and slid it off the
ramp of a truck on to the floor and thought I needed a hilo to have it on the floor and only the building a ways away had a hilo. This other guy not my
coworker wanted my job without knowing what happened since there was nobody there and he assumed I went on private property and started using there equipement.


I thought to myself after I clarified this matter that it ruined such a wonderous sight to travel though a rain bow but seconds latter wondering if I was going
to be fired by someone thinking or assuming and accusing me of doing something criminal.

NW, I have noticed that context has a lot to do with whether a flier energy comes to the foreground or not, for instance, when my family member had the stroke
I suddenly had to deal with the pain and stress of that while being exposed to the medical establishment with all its FI plus being around way more people than
I am acustomed to , usually I keep myself with persons and places that are more peaceful, I stay away from "the system" as much as possible. I think
I have a flyer called "victim" and that place pushed its button so to speak. Is what I say about context valid to you?

Yes validity comes in when we are pulled out of our everyday world and made aware of our inner thoughts/dialogue thru the onslaught of dealing with this
"machine" called the flyer installation. The installation creates a order to the world through most of us keeping it in a particular assemblage
point. The order though is built on the feeding habits of our captors. The flyer in a individual is a one by one equation. There can be extremes such as a
serial killer being the worst in that it feeds on fear and pain or the person/flyer who is a doctor and helps cure patients.


A victim or aggressor. In either context there is a pattern they use for control.

Yeah, what you say about the assemblage point makes sense to me. I was definitely more fearful, worried, obsessed than I am in a context where my assemblage point is free to move to a "more open space". I know recap is always part of the answer but any other suggestions for avoiding the fall of the assemblage point into Fi's narrow band or bringing the assemblage point into a better position when under duress and in their territory?

Hello. One by one means that it is a mixture of flyer and human and what that equals. On the human assemblage band there is a "lower" scale and a
"higher" scale. Lower is a reference to our more animal and violent sides and vice versa the higher scale. The warrior seeks to dislodge the ap point
thus there is the likely event that such "falls" will happen.


A more rigid ap means the warrior is stuck but "safe" to a degree. Actually we all have the capacity to move it where ever whenever. That is the
feat. Remember always..there is NOTHING to fear. Nothing. For we all will die no matter what. Their territory is us. We \you need to reclaim it.
