By learning how to achieve "inner silence" a person can over time evict the flyer from themselves.
If you do not believe in flyers then you should have no problem whatsoever in achieving this silence for as long as you want.
No music,no dialogue,no words or voices in your thoughts.
Go ahead try it...
The discipline of achieving inner silence makes one's energy uneatable to them and eventually they will leave your mind and body.
Then the real battles continues as you face the reality of an awareness in the eagle.
This is the only way and discipline.
Simple yet very impossible for most people.

The foreign installation is that in you that says you cannot do that. That your not good enough.

Above is another name you forgot to ban Wolf, when you get around to it. "jack" is the name of my new horse BTW. Yesterday before I rode him my daughter groomed his coat with shosheen until it was glowing. My neighbor, one of the ones who were behind the arson attempt, and one of two that I suspect is using the name cskaud and any of its numerous variants saw me riding this horse jack who's coat glowed for the first time yesterday. Oh, and my internet has been not working well since yesterday as well. (they learned hacking skills while in high school and hacked the campus computers routinely) Seems "jacks internet" has meaning after all.. And so on.."The Reality Is That You Will Die.
