Alter egos,

this is gonna take a while to explain, but, i was talking to one of my online freinds, who sent me his picture, to my absolute amazement he looks like my alter ego, and there were a strange chain of other coincedences that i cant explain, but it takes too long to go int that,
so anyway,
i was in this dream where i had gone onto this white (but not bright white)room, i was holding this (you know the plastic which makes picture look as if they move?) disc with a mettal rim, (which is actually like a keyring i have) ther was a guy (who looked like my alter ego) trapped inside it, he was frightened and confused, he couldnt get out/away, i looked up at my alter ego who was standing infront of me, his hair had changed slightly and he had a soft feeling around him, like when a photograph is blurred,
i asked him how we cold help the guy who was trapped and he didnt know, i woke up,
and the next day i was talking to my friend again (the one who looks like my alter ego) and he said that the night before he had gotten very afraid, felt trapped, drained of power, and everywhere had seemed misty, he felt like he was being attacked like something wanted to kill him, but he was shut off from any sort of power, he was able to contact his freinds for help.
he lives on the other side of the world from me, and at around the time i had my dream was when that happend to him, i then told him about th dream, and he was lets say shocked.

he wasn't asleep at the time it was the middle of the day , what he was experiencing came throught into my dream somehow, when he told me about what had happened i was shocked cause it happened at the same time as my dream, but its just one link in a long chain of meaningful

Alright I've got a cool story... about psychic dreaming..
Last saturday, I had a WILD in my bedroom. Walking out, I was quite confused, it was difficult to walk. i decided that what I wanted to talk to a girl. I didn't expect anything to happen, but anyway the phone starts ringing. It is a cordless, but about 3 metres from where I am, and I am rather paralysed. I decide to use my mindpower to will it towards me.
It's this girl I know, Brighde. She seems worried, "Andrew's not here" she kinda mumbles into the phone, rather upset. I get the feeling she needs someone to talk to, and we converse for a little while before I wake...
Anyway Andrew in real life is Brighde's boyfriend. I hadn't seen either of these two friends for about a week, as I had been staying at home. About two days later though, I went to Brighdes house..
She began telling me and some other friends a story, about how at 5am Saturday night (the same time and night of my dream), she had woken from a scary dream in which Andrew had been cheating on her. She'd woken in her bed, to find that Andrew was not their. This had given her a big shock, as he was supposed to come home that night. (as it happened Andrew had just gone out drinking, and it lasted a little longer than he expected).
As you can imagine, was very surprised when I told her the dream I had.

when i was first into castaneda. I conciously became my alter ego. I thought like him, felt like him. I must say, when Don Juan talks about the place of no pity. That is honestly the best description i have. I've seen my alter ego in dreaming once as well, i remembered a feeling i wasn't supposed to make eye contact, i knew the results were lethal if i did so!
