Insanity
#1
A "man" drives a vechicle loaded with explosives into a bus full of other "men, women, and children". He intentually
explodes his vechicle killing himself and many on the bus.
Why does he really do this?
His beliefs? Its war? Terrorism?
He's insane. His assemblage point is in a place dark and deathly. This scenario happens all the time.
Another scenario:
A man sees a little innocent girl riding her bike. He grabs her and runs off with her. He does terrible things to her.
Other people find her body and he is caught and sent to die in prison.
Why did he do this?
He's insane.
What is insane? Crazy. Voices in their head or is it the foreign installation making these men into killers?
Its not uncommon. In fact these types of events happen several times a day.
Our species is insane. We deny it esspecially here in America. We think there is only a few that are like that.
What about in Africa where exterminations of millions of people have been going on for decades. The middle east where terrorism is a way of life. Romania and Czech where a "cleansing" has been happening to various types of people.
I could go on and on. What we do to each other. What we do to animals. What we wish we could do secretly inside our minds.
We are Insane. We are Insane. Face it.
Now what do we do about it?
Carlos Castaneda wrote many books. He showed mankind a way to live in spite of our insaneness.
Some think he left his believers in limbo but he did in the end reveal in his last book the answer to our insanity.
He told us of the flyer. The foreign installation.
Every person needs to realize that they are infested.
We have evil in our minds. We are all affected by this.
I have read and researched the books of CC many, many times.
After reading the last book and about the flyer they all came together. It is a complete body of work.
Now the source of the flyer is the next question.
Does it date back to the beginning of mankind (Eden)?
Did it come from outer space (a meteor)?
Was it brought here by others and allowed to infest us(sorcery)? Does it die when we die?
It doesn't appear in other life forms. It feeds on our energy the seers believe. Acts of violence feeds it better than acts of kindness it is thought by some (my seeing).
The insanity of the human race is because infestation of the parasite of the mind called by Castaneda the "FLYER".
What do you "think"?

Here at The Second Attention we have covered many areas of "sorcery".
Lucid dreaming,Exercises of the wings and elements,
Nagualism,The Foreign Installation.
There is a enemy.Timeless and old is it.I have warned and discovered more and more what is driving our race to mass destruction.
They have spawned and recreated us our own personal hell and it is not a pretty one.Look at the world around you.Listen to the war cries from the nations of the Earth.
Any war is a evil war.
Evil is in the hearts of good and bad men.
Evil is the Foreign Installation. It is the brain parasite that corrupts generation after generation.
This forum was created to enlighten, debate, and discover that which feeds on us like cattle.
Stealing our energy and magic, driving us till we drown in our own blood.
They will bring about destruction if they can.
They will seek to kill every survivor.
They watch and know what these words mean.
They always seek to silence knowledge of their existence.
Carlos Castaneda and Don Juan will be credited for revealing them in our life time.Let us hope that the sum and what they taught will not go unnoticed.
Welcome to the War.

Hi;
New here. And probably insane... go figure...
NLW, this silly croc doesn't quite agree with you about we being insane... and this croc certainly doesn't appreciate it to be commanded to believe that he's insane (as you said in your post, "face it, we are insane").
Nah... this croc ain't insane, wolfie... maybe you are, and that's OK, but don't go speaking for all of us and worst still, trying to force us to believe in your beliefs, huh... that's not nice, is it, wolfie?
This croc thinks that humans are naturally predisposed to laziness. It's more comfortable to delegate our decision making and even our thinking on others. That way, we can comfortably hide behind the justification that we were under the control of this or that.
The Flyer is indeed a darned culprit that does indeed wreck havoc upon most of in many unsuspected manners. But so are we ourselves, once we get rid off the fleshy carcass (chlep, chlep, getting ungry, now that come to think of it... damn... ) and realize that we can act upon those left behind...
You know what, wolfie ? (btw, i mean no disrespect with this "wolfie" addressing; on the contrary... crocs are capable of sweet affections also, ya know...) Folks are always after a universal panaceia for everything, be it an intellectual puzzle, a mechanical engine, or whatever. But things aren't as simple and straightforward as they would fancy them to be... and yet, how simple they are indeed...
Tell you what... before blaming the flyers, quiet down for a moment and ask yourself if it could be that something else other than the flyers could act upon and influence a human being to do or say something which they usually wouldn't do or say...
Here's one or two possibilities for you to consider... electromagnetic manipulation... a fleshless human who just discovered that s/he can act upon those still fiercelly identified with their own carcassses... another fleshy human who just happen to understand a few things about him/herself and his/her own natural resources, like what are thoughts and how can thoughts be handled, manipulated...
See? Still thinking the darned flyers are the only culprits responsible for most of our afflictions?
Of course, we always look to some external culprit, don't we? Too uncomfortable, too painful, too hard to look into ourselves and acknowledge our own share, our own quota of responsibility for such, ain't it? Of course... it would compel us to get off our lazy asses and DO something about it... YAIC! Mama mia... sacrilege... heresy... this croc is nuts... to DO something about it? And loose all the confies which the social conditionings provide us with? Shoot that damn croc... it's even more insane than the darned flyers themselves... ahhh... ah, ah, ah, ah, ah.....
The blame game is a comfortable one. Humans love to feel sorry for themselves, to be able to complain about whatever, to drawn themselves in their self pitty. The predator simply happens to be the perfect scape goat, the perfect of all justifications for humans to give full reign to their moanings, complainings, braggings, accusings, blamings and the likes.
Castaneda might come to be credited with revealing the reality of the predator to the rest of humankind, yes... but ONLY to the humankind of the 20th century. And even so, to the gross of it, not to the Whole of it...
Right... need to get back to the swamp... see if can find a tasty frog crying its eyes out about how unfortunate it is to be under the reigns of a flyer... poor thing... will do my daily good action and eat it... yeap... then it will be free of the flyer... and in the process this croc might very well get some extra nutritional content... if it manages to bite and chew the frog's flyer with the frog... chlep, chlep....
(swinging the tail) NHAC! (damn... lept away in the last moment...)
That's it... now reaaly need to go for a deer... see ya later, wolfie...

Thanks Croc for your unique perpective and personal expression, the flyer is indeed a perplexing subject and I'm sure most would disagree with my views but still I bring them here as you are welcomed to also.

NLW, thank you, you're welcome in your tahnking and I'm grateful for you to allow me entrance here, since I came of my own volition.

Hehehehe Jeff Corwin would wanna get a loada this!
Seems that way that alot of people don't want to be feeling responsible for all the things bad happening in themselves. So they prefer to be feeling like victims of something else instead of being in control of themselves.
Oh yeah, I just looked at the name and it's Steve Erwin the crocodile hunter on tv, not Jeff.
ONLY for the 20th century? You mean there's more to it in the 21st century now? Like what Lillian was saying about our thoughts probably making an influence on the weather?

Jeric87,
Danger, danger... bah! That hunter wouldn't be enough to fill a cavity of this croc's teeth... nah... no good not even for starters... the deer wasn't bad... should keep me through the night...
And no, by ONLY in the 20th century, I meant exactly that: ONLY in the 20th century. Which was when CC announced the Flyer to his readers. But CC simply announced something which some hav known for long...
As for what the lady said about human thought being capable of influencing the weather, sure it's possible. human thought is quite a piece of work, a far as being a powerful tool goes... of course, any tool is useless if its operator doesn't understand it, what it is and how it works... then again, me a croc, not a crac....
NHAC! (damn, desert just flew over and got away for a teeth distance... have to stop nhacking at everything within teeth's reach... don't even know what a darned crow tastes of... but the darned crow has some guts, i give it that... flying just over this croc's nose... grumph!)
Er... better go for a nap... full belly, ya see... deer was big... had a huge flyer also, though couldn't bite it... darned thing was unbitable... crappy nasty piece of work that darned thing is... could even give a croc an indigestion...
