As said elswhere here, the Foreign Installation appears to feed on "spikes of awareness" created by the human and flyer mind.These spikes can be bursts of creative,destructive,or passinate behavior in humans.
Also a mortal whose is older and has lost much of their "sheen" cannot produce energy unless it is producing higher and higher spikes.
These parasites depending on their individual tastes fused with the human determines what type
of states they want to enter.
Let me say now that pure violence is the most desireable to them as it makes the best tasting flyer food.
Sick sex,war,fighting,killing; all F.I. endorsed activities.
Of course there are many that appear to be quite harmless and very much gentle in their relationship.
Women often have lighter "reins" attached to them by their
mental voice.
This is how we have been living most of our race's time on this planet.We are past really ever escaping them unless we can leave.They might be able to leave here in us but they cannot reproduce anywhere else as far as we know.
Or so it is thought.
There is the hope that after the endtime they will be gone.
