I think the two go together - in reality there isnt any separation between self and others.

When you love someone you give them love energy from your heart chakra. When two people love each other they both give each other love energy which creates more energy which makes you happier.
When you love yourself all that means is that you've stopped judging yourself and beating yourself up, and accepted who you are here now and found peace in that.

Judgement and expectations are the only things holding us back from unconditional love. They are responsible for 99% of man's misery.
These thoughts are responsible for all this suffering. People do not understand.
When you are judging yourself in a negative way you are causing yourself unnessary suffering.
Normally people who have flyers 40 to 80% of their internal dialogue is from the flyer.
Love is everything. It is all the matters. When you lay on your death bed dieing you will look back at all the people you love and cared for and realize that was all that really mattered. deep inside of you this is all you want. All these material things we try to fill ourselves with for satisfaction never fill this gap in our hearts.
Umm so judgement.... I guess you can judge yourself in a positive way, but that is still feeding the ego. So it is not really good for growth.
You can intentionally expell negative energy and fill yourself with good energy, as a controlled folly as pretty much the same thing.
Also flyers are responsible for alot of this judgement of yourself and others. We gotta become dream warriors and kick some flyer ass.
Also Nu Land your flyers gone.... he left you.... I think I scared him off trying to break the connection between you and it although I didn't suceed.
He must of giving up on you and went to someone else

and flyers are like demons that steal our energy. people do that too. stay the *** away from these people!!! People who act like petty tyrant aren't neccesarily people that steal other peoples energy.

All these material things we try to fill ourselves with for satisfaction never fill this gap in our hearts.I agree with you about our very deep connections to those we love and how much that means to us. For me, there is something even more than this, which is what awaits us beyond..that infinity and the wonder of its unknown. We sometimes experience it in dreams, can have those exhilarating dreams that awaken us to it. To me this is even more powerful than love, though I am not knocking love, its also very wonderful. I think perhaps freedom is just even moreso. Earthly love is not the end all, its just perhaps the topmost experience, pinnacle of this place.

I've experienced infinity and I'd say love is better. That would be the equivalent of dust in the wind as I said, but with absolutely no identification whatsoever. No time, no physical, no sense of self at all. I would say its better than negativity though....
The connection with many of the people you know in this lifetime will last beyond this lifetime also, and you have had many people you have incarnated with over and over. Sometimes we must separate from these people to keep growing though. Which can be very sad....
Even when we are in the after life we can still be sad longing for those we lived with in the physical.
You can plan to meet with these people in future lifetimes and plan out whats going to happen. Your spirit guide(s) can help you plan out your future lifetimes with your intent. You also can meet up with people you will meet in future lifetimes.
The intent of the spirit of earth rules over much of what happens in our lives, we can change things within these boundaries though.
You only can do so much with the time your giving in the spirit realm though before you incarnate.
Some people actually don't even realize they are dead... most people figure it out though. And some people don't even plan anything for their future lifetimes and just reincarnate eventually.
Almost every human on earth has lived lives as alien beings from other planets before they were human. Most humans have lived at least a 1,000,000 lives.
