I laughed
#1
Yesterday night as I was watching shows in my parents' bedroom, I started laughing at anything. I started laughing and felt that me laughing was funny, so I my feeling of laughing grew more and more. Then I was looking at commercials and I was laughing at them and how the products were, how serious some of the people are, the jokes, their laughings too. Then as I laughed, I was thinking maybe I can laugh at myself as I think of my serious acts and looks. As I look back at how serious I was earlier that day, I was cracking up and because I was cracking up, I was cracking up even more. Then at one point, my head hurts and I laughed at that too and it dissapeared.
It's funny to me how anything can be funny if you 'have' to believe it's funny. And maybe if you can laugh at your seriousness and other things you don't really need in your behavior all the time, maybe you can be more better. I asked myself if it would be good for recapitulation by just laughing at things you did in the past. Because if you can get over them by laughing, maybe you'll learn some things. Besides, our lot as men is learning afterall.

laughing: the core power ability
durring some kundalini breathework I started laughing so hysterically the teacher took one look at me and erupted into laughter as well and then bolted down the room so he could control himself, he couldn't look at my eyes without laughing(they should have been closed but I was laughing too hard the whole world was too funny). He then told me loudly that I needed to find what was underneathe the laughter, tht he was itnerested to see the Ryan that was deeper than the laughter and that quieted me down.
In the next teacher training workshop durring the 4-6:30AM morning sadhana(yoga exercises with an hour of chanting/live music) he randomly instructed the class to begin laughing. We were all laying on our backs in corpse pose and he says now let it all out and laugh as loudly as you can! So the group starts laughing and he laughs loud and some more people laugh so loud and I'm forcing laugher out my mouth and before you know it the whole thing is truly funny.
