Energy Centres

I did a quick search to see if the energy centres/chakras have been discussed before and didn't see much here. Its not a subject I know a lot about, but over the years I have learned to feel the centres, or rather understand what I am experiencing through the centres, and have noticed how sounds, sights, smells....effects them, and can tune them and how certain stimuli bring them into discord. I have a sense that they are way more important than we realise...and I would like to understand them more.
Anyone given much attention to this in their lives? Be interested to hear what your own personal experience is of the centres.

great topic.  Our chakras are related to the vibrational changes which occur to both our spirital and physical bodies.  Understanding how each affects the other is important if we wish to evolve.

Thanks for this great chart Flutter and a warm welcome to the forum Can you tell us about your own experience? Idbe fascinated to hear about that.



I have realised that they do work together and there is an increase in the feeling of energy or power when there is a smooth relationship beween them. I have a vague sense of them kicking into action more and more as the inner work progresses....and of them 'spinning', but im not sure if that is because I have read about that, it might just be a vibrational frequency. There seems to be a different frequency for each, or rate of spinning. I have also a sense that they are like a key that can unlock us - like getting the right sequence in a safe lock.



Mostly I have got to know their action through putting myself in different situations and feeling the effect of these on the centres. Being in nature is condusive to their harmony, being in a disco is not! For me, and maybe its a highly individualised thing too....for some that disco may work better than nature.



I got a massage once and out of the blue the woman jumed back and excalimed with astonishment that she couldnt feel my base chakra. I was taken aback by her, and ever since have wondered if she was right. I dont have much of a feeling down there, I am much more aware of the solar plexus upwards on a day to day level. But reading your chart, Im going to have a look into that base chakra and see if there is a blockage I need to sort out.
