Theta Brain Wave Meditation Music
#1
Recently re-explored some of this type of music. With a heightened knowledge and experience with the deepest teachings of yoga and some forms of meditation this music appears to be extraordinarily effective!
Simple yoga is done with headphones on while the theta brain wave pulsing music plays such as Breathe of Fire, Spinal Flex, etc.. and to enter deep states of meditation, or begin to, belly breathing with a focus on the sound of the breathe. The music serves as a conduit to induce trance and peel away the distractions and deterrents of reality as well as its many noises. When a distraction intervenes upon the meditation and it is broken then the music serves to quickly sever one from that world back into the trance of yogic meditation.
Thanks to the inventors of this technology! Search on youtube things like brain-sync and theta wave music etc. to find some of it. Peace.

I do not think they inveted anything new.
The principle seems to be the sound frequence which could hel p yuo to slow your brain frequencies.
If you jnow the Silva Method you will understanf surely this matter.
But also the shamanic drum can be considered also under this point of view, not only an energetic ally but also an help to get this kind of consousness, in fact if you poin attention on it yuou will understand that in standard drumming (for example for trip in uderworld in Core shamanism practices, as it has been teached to me) the rythm has the same frequencies of alfa level experiments with music.
Last but not the least, this is my question to the forum: is it possible to define this brain frequencies as a sign of the opening of second attention door?

Well maybe. Probably. Then again simple brain waves don't catch Spirit.

Was I trying to say it was something new? Only that it was working for me for awhile. Recorded sounds aren't the same as wild people playing drums creating hypnotic trances inviting spirits to parlay. It takes something special in a recording, methinks. A simple drum would be better but then you need both a drum and a drummer and an ability to be very loud and yet peaceful.
