Praying!?
#1
Hello you,
i am asking who can I be praying too?
is it myself? what in myself?
shall I visualize things that I want to be my future?
but what about destiny then? isnt it all already foreseen?
or shall i just chant "Om" to feel better if i feel bad?
what cosmical instance can i put my trust in?

thanks for your help

Destiny is a path made for us in my opinion. But whatever you act upon in your life is your choice alone. It can't really be forseen can it, if you have a choice in your destiny?
You can pray for whom ever you want to pray for. It's your choice.

My beliefs are always being re-evaluated, but I NOW believe that the ultimate prayer is the prayer of sincere, heartfelt appreciative gratitude. It is through radiating outwards, in all directions equally, sincere, heartfelt appreciative gratitude, that we attract more of the universal energy that translates into what the atheists tend to call: Luck
Yes indeed, LUCKY are those for whom the Living Universe is grateful and appreciative. It is through radiating outward ever increasing gratitude and appreciation that we attract more universal reasons to be grateful and appreciative. This is in accordance with Universal Law. There are certain laws of the universe that govern the manipulation of personal reality. The most famous of those Universal Laws is:
What goes around eventually comes back around
There are other basic laws I have learned over the years. Here are some:
We are all interconnected in the web of life. What we do to others, in our minds and lives, tends to determine what the Living Universe will do to us
Consistently think wonderful things and wonderful things will eventually attract themselves to you like a magnet
You are forgiven even as you forgive
No one gets away with anything. It eventually comes back around, like it or not!
The most blessed are those who most bless others
It is the illusion of personality that keeps us from remembering that we are all one collective person. The key is to remember only enough to have fun and not enough to become miserably bored again. That is indeed the key!

Being a male, I pray to the Divine Feminine, the Goddess,

What does it mean "Praying is to the Spirit" ?

Praying is an attempt to form a link.
With the spirit I would suggest.
By praying we are as men asking for a link.
A private intent.
Such intents are mostly heard by the spirit.
That which is the nagual.
The invisible power that knows you.
What every warrior seeks but seldom finds.

Mine started suffering from eating cooked dead foods and staring at books and computer screens constantly but significantly increased in power and clear sight when I spent 2 weeks on raw vegetarian foods only. Also practicing kundalini yoga has taught me how to see peoples third eye and how to open them since one thing we always do in kundlaini yoga is bring our focus 1/4 an inch above the brow and into the head increasing brain power and eye sight(subtle and gross).
you can test it out by sitting comfortably and putting your arms in a V-shape at 60degree angles hands straight(optional to hold four finers against the pads with the thumbs sticking striaght up to get rid of/balance the ego with the world or to use the thumb to hold down the pinky and ring fingers with the other two sticking out straight in christ postition), closing the eyes, and rolling them up for 2 minutes.

Roll them for three minutes and they stay that way permanently.

Basically, when you pray, the concept is to talk to some greater universal spirit that can hear you pray.

So if you don't know who you are praying to, just say; ``I don't know who I am praying to right now,

I want to speak to the guiding force of the universe, to God, to who ever runs the universe``, etc...

Then present yourself... And present your case to this greater being.

That's how I would do it.

Let me ask then...when one prays what do they say? Or do they speak aloud? Does one pray silently in their internal dialogue?

One cannot truly pray unless the internal dialogue is silenced. Your internal dialogue will not pray for the nagual but for the island of the tonal to exist
eternally. To obtain the connection with the nagual is praying in pure form but difficult to verbalize.
