Events and Gatherings.
#1
Seeing more and more events and gatherings appear to do with nagualism, dreaming, consciousness etc being advertised. Whether online or in the tonal.Felt could have a thread here, for posting them all.

Here are three weekends i am hosting in August in the tonal....

Chris  Douglas

Chris and Jenn

Weekend 1: The 15/16/17 August 2014  Weekend 2: The 22/23/24 August 2014  Weekend 3: The 29/30/31 August 2014

Set in beautiful grounds of Suffolk, England. with free camping and community open fire/BBQ cooking.
Sharing together outside, and in a tranquil Tipi environment, we invite you to:

Living an Extraordinary Life in an Ordinary World.

Together, Chris Douglas & Jennifer Jeffress, former apprentices of Carlos Castaneda, lead a weekend retreat, exploring the concepts of the self, according to the teachings of Carlos Castaneda and the path of heart to freedom.

From the concepts themselves, made famous in the books, to practical experience of moving into the silence within...participatory and deeply transformative, we shall be exploring the world and our place within it, through the 'i' of the warrior, the seer and the man or woman of knowledge.

The program will be organic, tailored to the group requirements, with plenty of spare time for quiet personal space and group socializing.

good idea, thnx for setting this up .

I hope we stay informed of good things coming up. And if others are involved in events etc, I would love to read about it too. Maybe something will be at a time and place where I can pop up too, or others from the site .

cool . and good you talked with JJ too.

It reminds me there is an event calendar or something like that on the yuku sites. I have not looked into how that works and what it does. This is ours (link to it can be found on the bottom of the general index, under most recent member) http://sorcery.yuku.com/calendar
somehow one should be able to make a log for a day, but I never fiddled with it, as there was no reason to. So no idea how it works. Thought I'd tell you about it though, you might find it a useful tool for this sort of stuff, or not.
With a shamanic group I am actively working with we have an online calendar and events are written into it and it is very practical and useful. One just opens the calendar and sees what is happening where and when and who is organizing it, etc. Of course in that group it is focused on a certain part of Europe, so in that sense it really is a very practical and good thing to keep informed. It might be not as relevant for a person to see what is happening across the Atlantic or 4 states further . But, one could plan a good holiday with having that in mind

All the best for this event you are planning in Suffolk, England with Chris Douglas.
