In post #6, I'm curious about the smaller "distortions" which appear in the third & fourth photo from the top.  Just curious, as I'm a bit of a UFO hunter.  Heh.

Yes...I took these photos while inside my car, and was picking up some reflection from window, its either the carpet like thing on my dashboard, or else it could be some snow on edge of window reflecting.
I have seen two UFOs and in one I did get a picture, but it only looks like a black dot in sky in picture. But it was in Beijing in summer 2010 and it was a dark triangular shape that was planted in sky and did not move whole time I observed it. It was some kind of craft, not a kite or other object, I know for sure.

In the same post #6 picture number 5 down from top...there is an object in sky outside..not sure what that was but could be a bird, some birds flew by.

Thanks for the info - I couldn't figure out what it might have been, as it appeared to be BEHIND the balloons, but a reflection would make sense. 
Here's my one and only UFO photo.  This was taken January 1, 1988, from a hilltop in Poway, California.  I was hiking with a friend at the time, and had my long-lens Pentax when these things flew directly overhead. Because they were DIRECTLY overhead, absolutely nothing to use for perspective - but I would estimate their altitude at maybe 5,000 feet.  The objects looked to be semi-transparent, but maybe that was an illusion caused by reflected light.  Size - maybe twice the size of a passenger jet?  Hard to say.
Showed these to some friends in the Navy, but no one could identify them.  The photos were taken maybe 10 miles from what was, then, the "top gun" facility, so I've always wondered if they were some sort of military craft, but... to this day they remain a mystery.

Interesting, and I cannot tell what it is either.
I think others might have photos or experiences to share so I made this a new topic. I will try and locate my UFO photo for here as well.

Also you probably already know about the link between several Cahuilla dieties and shooting stars/orbs possible ufos. I used to always think ufo whenever something would manifest, and quickly ignore it and heck, to be honest i still prefer Star Trek to Clan of the Cave Bear lol.

I once spent some time trying to find "Goldie", but never did.  Even drove up to Anza and staked it out, but nada. 
And, yes, absolutely - Star Trek gets my vote any day!    (Having written a Star Trek book, they pay me to say that...)  LOL.  No, not really - I did write a ST book, but they don't pay me to say I sill love it.  Heh.
Also, I used to live down in Poway, but moved up to the high desert back in 1992.  I still get down that way quite often, though, if you ever want to go on a UFO hunt.

Hehe yea. I remember your Trek book being a topic of heated debate on the old B5 (babylon 5) usenet group way back in the day. I liked it A funny story about that is some friends and I were headed up from the dorms at CSUSB to the renfair at glen Helen, and it was the topic of discusion on the short cartrip. I used to love renfair and SCA at that time, still do just dont participate anymore. Wed hit all the sca wars, great western in San diego etc within car trip distance. I still miss my bent stopsighn and duct tape armour and ratan sword but i digress. This time we got to reinfair, and i wandered off in my garb...think it was a great kilt or maybe the green shirt and trousers i had made, and i wander up past the little pageant lake they had there. Cant quite remember if it was on the bottom or top of it, but i look up and i believe there you were talking to the fair psychic . It was such an interesting exchange to see energetically, although at the time i did not think like that. You both stopped talking and looked at me with strange looks i must have been a good 20 feet away and i wandered off. You were pushing each other in some way so hard. I did not recognize you again until you came into the decorating addict in Banning, (had a vendor and worked there sometimes) i think it was after that, and we got into a bit of a heated exchange over something. Hah i was trying not to laugh i think it bugged you because i remembered the energy and that moment before. It was all too interesting when i found you website a few years latter and saw the trek book, renfair etc. Too coincidental lol. 
Ufos are funny they hunt you. Goldie was the first and only one i sent to mufon, but i left our conversation out of it. I cant remember, i may or may not have left an account of it on your forums as sen back in 2008.  I always associated many of the dancing stars etc with the nukatem, but goldie was different. Well, indirectly, goldie is responsible for me being here posting silly videos really. lol. Hah well anyway after i posted that last night in dreaming you reentered the store and were looking around i assume for me and walked right past so i thought id be polite and say hello.

Most ufos are reflections of one sort or another. I particularly like the "orbs" which are just dust near the lens, however, people like to apply some magical meaning to.
