I want to begin this thread by apologizing to all of you for my going ballistic. Nat's forum is a trap and, fool that I was, I fell into that trap. He's a cyberbully who really likes to make people angry. It's his hobby and he's really good at it...in a forum where he holds all the administrative buttons and can torment as he sees fit.
Such people are miserable. There is no way I can possibly imagine that he is proud of what he did to me. I most certainly am not proud of myself, but I am proud of the fact that it is becoming increasingly difficult for me to remain angry for long. I am quite surprised at how quickly I was able to re-center myself.
I must admit there was something I came across that really helped me. It was such a catharsis that by watching it over and over and over all my anger eventually completely evaporated. It was quite therapeutic and I want to share it with you. Brace yourselves for it is indeed quite graphic. There is no way I can possible describe just how therapeutic watching this little video clip has been to me. So sweet! So very, very SWEET!!!!!
