Oh, an oldie but a goodie: Look What You Made Me Do.  Can you believe Tay Tay made an ENTIRE album about her reputation?  She uses her big platform to be petty.... but she's so beautiful when she embraces pettiness.  Her new boo is such a winner.  I wonder how he feels about dating such a creative genius.  >.<  I wonder what sort of man he must be to love a woman like that.  Such lovely things to consider.

Happy Thanksgiving to every American out there who fucked over indigenous cultures already present before you arrived!  To celebrate with everyone worldwide, even those who don't celebrate or know of the world history involved with how the world turns, I'm still pretty damn grateful for the wonderful people in my life. The fact that this is the only online platform I'm saying this on should show a bit more than I'd like to admit

Also from a prior album. Clearly Tay has upheld a very classy history over time. There are so many fish in the sea, but I would skip her. She's a handful. I mean just look at what she does when she doesn't get her way xD Who would risk putting up with all that?!

Roots are important, that's a totally valid complaint.

They're especially important when even the soil is alive, the nutrients are alive, water is alive, and the roots have to run around chasing them.

I could keep listing things but it ends up with MATTER is alive, but no one notices for several reasons.  One reason, but not the only reason, is that for I don't even know how many years, but very large numbers of years, whole piles of years, most of us have lived under a "Spirit dominating Matter" paradigm where Science ties up Nature and tortures Her for Her Secrets and we all just look the other way.  Nothing to see here, everyone just move along.

That said, AFTER ALL OF THAT, the result is that most people live in a more or less domesticated universe where you can go to a restaurant and what you order is more or less exactly what you'd expect.  And no one particularly wants that to stop.  But the roots dilemma... the roots... oh, our poor, poor roots... how do we nourish our roots?

Well look man I don't know, but I have this very strong feeling like maybe the fig tree has outgrown its pot and needs a wider universe to grow in and maybe fetlife.com can square you away for a while.

It's important to remember that you will be treated as the character you present to me. Bring me love and sunshine, and I'll play a reciprocating role. Bring me an **** and I'll treat him/her as such. Just because we're reading the Bible together doesn't mean I won't hit you over the head with it.

I don't often give advice but I suggest a better interface if you want anything significant.

No fucking clue why they're both Swedish.  Tay Tay has a Twitter account, maybe if you ask her there she'll explain it.

But.  I just bought her Reputation CD and the insert thingy explained a little about how people perceive everyone from this one isolated perspective.  How people play many roles and that we only see the version of themselves they choose to reveal.  At the ending of her explanation for the album, she states that people will try to guess (incorrectly) about who her songs are about... and that she isn't explaining herself any further.  Apparently she's tired of being misunderstood and isn't in a very explanatory mood.

She may not explain the Swedish.  She might.  Maybe they're just cool people and them being Swedish is just incidental.  I don't know, I'm not Taylor.

I'm a little concerned that her creative freedom and artistic vision is greatly exaggerated and she's just part of a trillion dollar industry, just an actress on stage reading whatever lines two Swedish guys told her would sell albums.

I'm especially concerned because everyone also knows that celebrity trainwrecks IS how you sell albums. I mean either that or sex tapes, right? These are just like, the laws of being a celebrity.

I think the line is "better to burn out than fade away".
