One of the best lessons I've learned is to be less certain of what I believe to be a certainty. The wise account for the possibility that they might be wrong. That there might be something, some perspective, that could be adjusted to reveal a new truth.

All my life I had to make adjustments in perspective. I've been wrong, in all of my rights. I've been right, in all of my wrongs. To this day I welcome being proven wrong and finding failure. It happens. And I make adjustments so that I can fail better.

Being open to failure and taking risks has brought me to my current point in time. All of my heartache, losses, and struggles have created what is me.

Be proud of your history. That history is what made the man I took as my plus one.
