What's the best way to convince someone to change their ways? By showing them a better way 
Words can never compete with energetic shifts of the HAP (magic, ha!). All week I've been thinking of my good fortune (or curse) of stumbling upon Sorcery a decade or so ago. What it brought me, what I fought to protect, those I cherish. It was a good journey--the rewards were priceless. Sure, it brought some growth (aka frustration) on the way, but boy oh boy was it worth it. As I stand on the other side of the equation I know that I made great choices. I used my experiences to propel my growth and did my best to kindle the flames within others.
Education is the best way to rid oneself of ignorance. There are so many wonderful forms of education. I make investments into people daily and my long-term investments don't always pay off. Though losing 100 investments are worth it when even just one makes it. A successful investment is a person who develops an ability to love themselves. Only when we love ourselves can we love others--and the world needs more people like that. Not because it's the ethical thing to do, but because we need a party to make it past the eagle Rather, being individually free sucks when everyone surrounding us is still in chains. Like woohoo! I'm free! That's great! But if people are still enslaved, there's no one to play with :/ loneliness settles so the logical thing is to set others free.
Being with free people feels amazing. They're capable of loving me in ways that support me--all because they've figured out how to love themselves. They aren't controlling, instead, they're saying, "Do what's best for you, I support your happiness." And they mean it. Those generous hearts are noticed and deeply appreciated. To be loved and supported feels incredible. Imagine how much healing can occur when we love people with our souls and not our minds or bodies. How fantastic it would feel to have all three
