I just wanted to let some of my friends here know that I am still checking in though not posting much lately.I've been busy with writing some new tunes with an old band member.I have some rough recordings up on the net if any of you are interested in hearing them. It's the beginnings of a cowboy album that we are working on.The website is AudioStreet.Net and we are going by the name of "Tune Slingers" in the Country General section.We'vee from a 6000 ranking to a 338 in the last day or so. Give a listen. It will help my rankings and you may like the tunes enough to download them.The rankings don't mean much, but it is fun to watch.Bob

I tried about a week ago to look up "tune slingers" but the list was long for that catagorie and I did'nt have time to go through the several pages.

Bob your music is incredible.
More than what I expected and your voice is outstanding and mellow and full of heart and meaning.
I love country and I listen to Brooks and Dunn all the time and your music speaks for itself but in its own catagorie.
Your music reminds me of Johnny Cash a little bit.

Hey Mark,
Thanks for the plug.
It will be a lot better when I figure out this recording equipment and get my old voice and guitar playing in better shape.
But, I'm afraid that I have seen the last of some notes I used to be able to sing. I seem to have misplaced them over the years.
Like i've heard it said; If I knew I was going to live this long I would have taken better care of myself.Bob

I actually put a new one up this morning. It was an experiment of sorts called "Chameleon."
I asked a group of writers/musicians to post a few lines each and now the challenge is for as many as want to to make their own song from from the words that everyone submitted.
That was my version.Bob
