when you have finished "practising" today, maybe you could acknowledge your "being". then you may even find compassion and focussing your energies into supporting others on their paths in any positive capacity you can. Respectfully and without assumption of their level of understanding or their requirement to 'do' anything, you may find useful for yourself.
The realisation that you are Spirit and, you don't have to 'do' anything but 'be'..maybe a different concept for you...but, it is a valid choice none the less....

Yes, I've seen it. How strange the feeling...to see the energy exchange take place. Like a crooked landlord come to collect rent on a building I own but forgot I own. So I docilely hand over the money as if it belongs to him when in fact there is nothing I need to pay at all. How strange.

And the reason I gave it presence is I dislike being disliked...but actually that's ITS feeling not mine.
