Welcome trinsic. Yea it can be rough to do things by the book, sometimes. But im of the mind if it doesnt work, to toss it aside and find something that does... another angle of the same doing or not doing. Even if that means sneaking away for 10 minutes at work to practice diffuse seeing, or silence. Or using the distractions to self stalk, see the "flyer" in others, be aware of ones interactions, and loss's and gains of power. It seems there are lots of ways to put the concepts into practice, even if ones situation does not lend itself to disapearing into the sonoran desert to hunt for peyote, talking crows and the wind at sunset for weeks at a time.
