On Recent Deletions, movals and threatened ban of lunoor by turin

I just read this thread from top to bottom.  I am not really sure why or how I ended up here,  but I just want to say that I feel some good came of this particular conflict, and that, even if some things still remain on the table, I believe this to be a good post for reference concerning future conflicts and possible (probable) resolution.
