From my own recent experience, I'd say that it just happens. When I practice sexual integrity the energy that wasn't spent naturally flows into dreaming.
For me alot of energy was being lost due to indulging in lust. I'm not taking about physical activity. Just looking and thinking and being in a state of lust for long periods of time.
Today I was reading TAOSPP and I was aware of dreaming at the same time. I haven't experienced something like that in the moment ever before. Once I went back through dreaming and recovered an experience like that, but this time I was aware of it as it happened.
I mention the above because it's really awesome and I'm excited about it, and I want you all to think it's cool too, and I believe that it was only possible because of having extra energy due to practicing sexual integrity.
